Small cupboard lock, fairly easy to fit.
This lock is fine for keeping inquisitive fingers away from biscuits, matches or medicines, but would not last three seconds against a burglar. No problem as I needed the former. Think about where you put this lock. You will need to drill a hole in the door AND a groove in the cupboard side for the locking bar to slide into. Carefully drill a hole where you want the lock to go. I used a 17mm drill bit. The resultant hole was only just big enough, but then allows you to 'screw' the lock in. Don't use an 18mm drill because although the lock slides in easily, you would have to tighten the locking nuts very tightly or the lock would rotate and be useless. Once in place, mark where the groove should be. What I do is put a tiny drop of paint on the edge of the bar. Then shut the door and turn the lock. When you open the door, you can see where the groove need to be cut. This is the most irritating part of the job. I used a 2mm drill to make a hole, then using a auger bit on my Dremel multitool, I gouged out a little groove. You could use a drill for the whole groove, but it would be a bit messy. It works and keeps the kids out of the biscuits!

Missing part of the lock
The package was missing the lock handle? Useless without it.

Does the job indeed!!
Lost my key for my locker, luckily this fixed my problem. Easy to install and spare set of keys.

Impossible to make copies
Lock works fine and easy to install. However, completely useless if you need more than 2 keys - no locksmiths have blank keys of such design, and seller was useless in providing additional information or spare keys.
