Thought I’d try this toothpaste as we seem to be exposed to so much rubbish everyday.It tastes pleasant, does its job and I feel less affected by chemicals. Fully recommend.

If you have GERD and need to avoid mint, this is a decent alternative. It has flouride so still looks after your teeth. The flavour is a little earthy but not unpleasant. You soon get used to it

The toothpaste has fennel rather than mint in. If you are trying to deal with acid reflux, mint is generally not beneficial and nearly all the toothpastes contain mint. Also has fluoride in the toothpaste and is approved by the oral health foundation, so should be good for your teeth. The fennel gives the toothpaste a particularly pleasant taste. It also has no artificial flavourings or colours in which is always good news.

I used to have to see the hygienist every 3 months to deal with the tooth issues that I had. Now it is twice a year and they say there is still hardly any plaque for them to remove! My gum issues are resolved, pain is gone and as an added bonus, I don't get as much reflux. Highly recommend!!

Lovely toothpaste if you don't want the usual over-the-top mint flavour that most of the popular brands have. Subtle, and not over foamy either. Great value as well and the packaging is lovely. I went for the flouride one, but I guess the non-flouride version would be the same.
