I am extremely disappointed with both Green Soul and Amazon. Two years ago, I purchased a Green Soul table from Amazon. Due to space constraints, I was unable to unpack and assemble it at that time. Recently, after shifting to a new place, I finally unpacked the table and paid separately to get it assembled. Unfortunately, after opening the package, I discovered that two essential parts were missing. I immediately contacted Green Soul customer support and provided all the images and evidence they requested. Despite repeatedly assuring me that the missing parts would be arranged, no action has been taken. I have only received false promises, delays, and misleading responses. What is even more frustrating is that the product is still within the 3-year warranty period mentioned on Amazon. However, neither Amazon nor Green Soul has provided any meaningful support or resolution. Instead of honoring the warranty, I was even asked to pay additional money for the missing parts. As a result, I am left with a half-assembled table lying useless in my home, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Poor quality control, missing parts, unfulfilled warranty commitments, and extremely disappointing after-sales support. I strongly advise customers to think twice before purchasing Green Soul products. Based on my experience, neither Green Soul nor Amazon has taken responsibility for resolving a genuine customer issue. Very disappointed. Not recommended.

Great product with excellent customer service
The product is very well designed and as it is shown on the product page. The price is a bit higher side but I purchased as it includes installation part. I don't have to do anything. The customer support is excellent and they contacted me and updated me every update after placing the order. They sent us carpenter support to install this. White one is very elegant looking and classy material is been used. There is no height adjustment option. It is great for office table or study table or multipurpose table for computer cabinet. Weight is also good. Comfort is top notch with Greensoul revolving chair. I have previously purchased the chair and their customer service is excellent and the best part of them is the warranty. They actually provided the warranty. The chair lower portion got damaged from joining portion and after contacting with them they sent a new piece to replace. Excellent customer support. Only suggestion if they can provide lock option for both the drawer. That is the only drawback.
