The Ethereal Plunderer Loot card is redeemable via a scratch-off code for an exclusive full-size cosmetic pet. The Ethereal Soul Trader will follow your character around as you quest and down mobs in the search for loot, glory, and experience. Each time you down a mob, the Soul Trader will harvest the downed foe’s soul in a flash of electricity, selling it off to be used in far reaches of the Twisting Nether. Each experience-granting mob downed while the ethereal is active will give the player an amount of ethereal currency from the joint business venture, which can then be spent with the Soul Trader for fun cosmetic items and upgrades! Six of the items make up the Soul Trader’s armor set, which will give your character the same cool threads as ethereals. In addition to the armor set, the Soul Trader will offer the following items: * Ethereal Essence Sphere—Leather balls might be fun to toss around when waiting for your friends, but the Essence Sphere will let you do it in style. * Diluted Ethereum Essence—Since you’re getting to be all buddy-buddy with your new ethereal friend, he’s going to let you in on a small fraction of the hidden places ethereals can traverse. Your character will receive the ability to detect Lesser Invisibility, and while it won’t allow you to see other players, you will be able to see ghosts in front of places like Undercity or Raven Hill. * Ethereal Liqueur—As they say, if you’re going to work hard, you should play hard too, and ethereals may be all business by day, but they know how to cut loose like the rest of us. This alcoholic beverage will get you drunk in a hurry, but be careful: drink too much, and your character might run around and start screaming. * Ethereal Mutagen—These treats are used with your favorite cosmetic pets! Your pet will turn into a fierce Flesh Beast that will give you a fiercer companion to walk the world with.

Worth every penny!
I never got into the card game beyond looking through a few starter decks over the years, and it wasn't for the game itself, it was entirely for the loot cards. This loot card is like a 1/250 booster packs or somewhere in that area of rarity, so you could be like the other reviewer and get 2 in one 24 set, or you could have really bad RNG and buy 6 24 sets and not get a single one. How you spend your money while taking into the risks and probability is up to you. My advice, if you want to save money first and foremost but also want the card, just buy the 24 sets, but if you're like me and want THIS card, spend the money and get it. It's worth it, I'll explain.First off, I believe it is still the biggest non-combat pet in the game, stacking up just right under the height of a female Blood-Elf, so it's pretty big as you can imagine. Aside the fact that the Soul Traders are arguably one of the coolest faction/race in WoW, it has all the same physics of its brethren as well. By that I mean if you walk it walks, if you run it runs (with the epically cool after image they make while running), and it emits a light blue energy from its body. Some other important and/fun details:Every time you summon him he says, "I have arrived. Shall we set to work, then?".Every time you get the killing blow on something or someone that would normally give exp or honor, his hands glow briefly and he shoots an arc of people electricity down upon whatever you killed and focuses the electricity for about a second then you get am Ethereal Credit. Every first time after being summoned that he drains your target's corpse, he says, "Ah, more essence to capture..." and then very briefly after says, "Here is your share." and you receive a credit. The credits just now mentioned are used to buy a myriad of nifty things, such as potions that let you see things normally invisible to everyone else (like ghosts around the Ruins of Laeorderon, etc), stacks of 5 pots that you can use on other players' non-combat pet to "mutilate" them (and it stays as long as their pet is summoned), a ball to pass around people, a complete outfit of the same clothes the Soul Traders wear, etc, etc.Did I mention it was big? Yes well... if Pappa Hummel's Old Fashioned Biscuit is used on it... it is HUGE... a little taller than a Tauren...Its actual stats are really entertaining, it's level 65 and has stats that would prove capable of inflicting some damage to another lvl 65 (or in that range) or lower. It's PVP flagged... I don't think it can do or take any damage or healing, but I think it can be targeted in BGS, etc and be beat on all the same.So in conclusion, this pet is such a joy to have, it's worth the $200 or whatever prices float around that range. That's me though, I invest a lot of time into my WoW, so for someone just looking for a cool pet but can't justify $200 then don't sweat it, there are a lot more cheaper pets from the loot cards. That being said, they will never be as cool as the Ethereal Soul Trader, and I get a lot of tells and comments about it, it's quite rare, very few people dedicate to having this pet... up to you though :D

Ethereal Soul-Trader Companion
When I received my Ethereal Plunderer card, I will admit I was worried at first; It was in Spanish. Fortunately, themetamart gave a re-assurance that the code would still work and contact information should any complications arise. Now, onto the actual product. When properly redeemed, players are rewarded with the Ethereal Soul Beacon, simply the item that teaches a character the companion "Ethereal Soul-Trader." Due to the plenty of reviews detailing EVERY aspect of the little guy, I'll be brief and to the point:Size- The Ethereal Soul-Trader is one of the, if not the largest, companion pet in the game. Proportionally, it is slightly smaller than a human character.Appearance- It shares the animations, effects and model of the average Ethereal.Abilities- While other companion pets might just have a special idle animation, the Ethereal Soul-Trader functions as a vendor. When honor or experience giving players or npcs are killed by you, the Ethereal performs a unique animation, giving you one Ethereal Credit per kill. These credits can be exchanged for a variety of vanity goods such as clothing, liqueur,or soul spheres.--EDIT: The Soul-Trader is fully eligible for the Pet Battle System, having it's own unique array of moves available for use. However, it's level of 65 was removed and reduced to the basic level 1.Wares- Excluding the Soul-Trader Vanity Armor and Mutagen, all the items are conjured; They disappear from the character's inventory if they log off for more than 15 minutes. Excluding the Ethereal Liqueur and Soul-Sphere, they are also Bind on Pickup and cannot be traded or given to other players.Summary:This is a unique pet that only about 1.5% of the Players in the World of Warcraft have. Getting one of these will put you into a very small pool of players that have this amazing pet, and will garner you a lot of attention from fellow players. The price for this pet is rather heavy, but if you don't mind the cost it is well worth it.

HAHAA WTF-250 BUCKS?!?!
Why would you pay $250.00-$277.00 bucks for this TCG? On the auction house on most servers in World Of Warcraft this pet cost 54k or 63k at most. That is equal to $63.00 or $54.00bucks. GTFO I don't think so, its a cool pet but not worth this rip off price hahaha. NO WAY, BUY IT IN GAME PLEASE AND SAVE YOUR REAL MONEY!
