I wanted a UPS to plug our home internet router into to save it from any small outages and give us internet access to our phones and tablets. This was $50 on prime day and offered alot for the price. It arrived on time and once I installed it and plugged the router into it, 2 days later we lost power for about an hour as the power company decided to swap our local transformer. The UPS did the job perfectly and after an hour we were only down 25% in battery power so I expect we would have maintained usable power level for a few hours more. Small device with a nice operating app to upload on my desktop to monitor stats with.

Works great, the couple times I've had a power issue this kicked on seamlessly and kept me running.

It works, but it trips off quite often when a power spike hits. I wish it was a bit less sensitive. But hey, it's protecting!

I use this to protect my Icom IC-R8600 Communications receiver, Samlex power supply, a BHI DSP box, and my Magnetic Loop and rotator. All together, it is about 51 Watts. This works perfectly for my setup. It will give me at lest 30 minutes to shut everything off, or keep going for the few seconds the power goes off. Plus, it creates no noise or interference in my Radio receiver. I really like the LCD display. It gives you a lot of information, and the backlight will go off after a few seconds. The display lets you know the voltage, the load that is hooked to it, and the charge of the battery. For me, this works just as good (if not better) than the APC Back-UPS, plus a great price for what you get. I would and will buy another one if I need it later on. I can't say anything about customer service, because I haven't needed it, or anything about the software because I haven't used it or need it in my situation. Very well-made, plus protects your Ethernet connection as well.

Purchased 06/25 just stopped working 01/01/25. We only had two game consoles plugged into two of the black backup/surge outlets. While playing a game the UPs Battery system buzzed and the game went out. No backup! No power! Just stopped working. I have reached out to the company, waiting a response. The system is under warranty so we shall see what comes. This review is on the unit, not customer service. After 6 months with only two items powered through it and no power outages, it failed. Update1/16/26 after several attempts at contacting the company via their website from Amazon and receiving no response, I would not buy another product from this company.

Bought this to serve as a backup for my brother's CPAP machine and it works perfectly despite the warning that it is not to be used for medical equipment.

I ordered this battery backup because I get6 unstable power especially during bad weather. this helps me not loose connection on my internet connection and keeps my PC from shutting down if the power blinks out at any time. this works holding enough power in reserve for my 3 PC's, Network switch, router and my internet providers cable modem. also my backup device all continue to run when spikes on the power line happen. so far I have not had the device use all of the power and shutting down my devices. so far I have only lost power for about 45 min at a time but i feel this will give me enough time to shut everything down correctly if a longer power outage were to happen.
