I bought 2 iPhone 16 pro and the arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Great phones at less than half price of the new ones.

I had this phone for three months. Towards the end of July I noticed the phone was getting rather hot. I took the back cover off and noticed the back panel was cracked. I found this odd as I had not dropped the phone. Since it was not interfering with the actually workings of the phone, I (stupidly) decided to ignored it and put the protective cover back on. A few days later the phone started turning off by itself and I then noticed the front screen was protruding out of the frame. I got in touch with URcouk and arranged to send the phone back. Cut a long story short, they refused to fix the phone, claiming the warranty was void because I damaged the phone. Amazon took their side. Of course, it’s my word against theirs and they refusing to even acknowledge that this is a well known issue with certain iPhone models. I’ve wasted £500. This could happen to you, think carefully before buying from this company. I should also note that Amazon themselves have been extremely unhelpful too.

I bought this phone in Excellent condition and it seems to have no damage visible as if I've bought a premium.Everything works as it should, Battery health is 86% which is as expected but could be better.Like my old iphone that i bought from Amazon renewed, faced lots if problems since its battery health degradation occurred in under a month.This phone has no problems and big thanks to the seller.Its performance is top tier and the colour is the same as the one i chose. Some companies may have less reviews, but they do not always mean they have a bad reputation.One small problem that i tend to face is that its sim tray is not fitted like it should be, one side get fitted in a bit too much, but its not a big concern.

Appearance looks excellent, no scratches, screen perfect. Along with battery capacity is only 82% - it is not excellent. Cable for charger didn't work. I bought new one.

Perfect phone, amazing condition and very fast delivery

The day it came I was really excited because the screen and the camera on the outside looked really good, I would say even excellent condition. When taking pictures on the same day I didn’t notice anything suspicious about the camera itself. Then a day later, while looking at the pictures more closely (admiring how good the quality was) I noticed little purple dots on the pictures and video, it appeared only when that spot was bright enough to show those dots. I was stressed out for awhile reading all over internet, then decided to go to the store where they sell apple products, they ran some light tests (not software) and found nothing, I suggested them that maybe it could be something to do with laser/UV damage, they said it is possible but considering they only could do light and software tests they can’t fully say what is wrong with the lenses, but if it’s true, it can get even worse over time. I really didn’t want to send the phone back, because I already bought expensive protection for it and taking it off would mean I couldn’t use it again. But knowing that replacing a camera without apple care would cost me £500, I was very disappointed. This caused me so much unnecessary stress and tears (sensitive human as I am) that my husband said to refund it and buy it somewhere else. I was getting used to the thought that I will have those purple dots on my back camera, but when I found out it was on the front as well, I fully decided to refund it, because I mainly decided to buy the phone because of the camera quality, comparing with my Iphone 7 Plus. Long story short, I bought another phone from BackMarket and it came with barely noticeable few scratches, that I can’t even see now with the protective screen and even without, you have to look pointing it directly to the sun to actually see it. It came with 100% battery health and finally a good camera. Considering I got this phone from Amazon with 88% battery health and messed up camera, I say paying an extra £200 is worth it buying from BackMarket. (Or like I like to say BlackMarket). Overall the customer service was really good, replied fast and got my full refund without having to pay for delivery fees. So Karma point for that! I can’t say to fully avoid this seller, as buying refurbished phones are a gamble in itself, You pay less to get a used phone, and you can’t really know what you gonna get. But if you bought it from here and your situation with this phone is similar to mine, don’t overthink it, just refund it and buy it somewhere else. Best of luck <3

Valur for money!

Bad phone, the mobile service under settings is grayed out and therefore does not detect any sim. Likely a hardware issue. Not an easy problem to detect

The phone arrived in excellent state with more than 90% of health battery state; the unit is a international no sim tray model but this wasn’t problem and I hire a eSIM. Works perfectly without any issues. The only cons is that the unit didn’t have the original package of apple and arrived in a generic well protected reseller’s carton box.

Ich war zunächst skeptisch, ob ein generalüberholtes iPhone wirklich die richtige Wahl ist – aber dieses Gerät hat mich vollkommen überzeugt! Es sieht aus wie neu: kein einziger Kratzer, keine Gebrauchsspuren, und die Leistung ist absolut top. Die Kameraqualität ist atemberaubend – besonders der Nachtmodus liefert Ergebnisse, die man vorher nur von professionellen Kameras kannte. Der Bildschirm ist gestochen scharf, die Farben brillant, und die Bedienung wie immer intuitiv und flüssig. Der Akku hält lange und wurde offensichtlich ersetzt oder sehr gut gepflegt. Ich konnte kein einziges Manko feststellen. Wer ein hochwertiges iPhone zum fairen Preis sucht, macht hier alles richtig – ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Parfait état aucune rayure franchement il est magnifique je suis fan. Pour le prix ça vaut vraiment trop le coup. Batterie à 88 mais sinon parfait franchement. Prenez le !!!
