This is the second Dean Macadam's Classic Tales puzzle I have purchased. Ravensburger has a great product. The pieces are very sturdy, no hanging cardboard from other pieces, the pieces for well together and the picture is printed beautifully. My puzzle was missing 4 pieces, but I went to their website and sent in a message and they are sending a replacement. I would strongly recommend the Ravensburger brand, especially the Dean Macadam series. So much fun!

Background: I have only tried Ravensburger, White Mountain, Educa, Magic Puzzle Company. PROS: [1] I used this puzzle at least 4-5 times since I bought it. The puzzle pieces connects together smoothly and crispy like a brand new puzzle. When you lock 2-4 pieces together, you can easily lift them off the table together without them falling apart. [2] Coloration is vibrant. The colors on the pieces have not dulled. [3] When you take the pieces apart to put away, the integrity of the puzzle pieces don't get damage. Then again, we were gentle haha. So that varies according to users I suppose. CONS: [1] Mild amount of blue dusts when we first use it, and blue dusts following every usage. You should consider vacuuming the blue dust.

Ravens burger NEVER disappoints! I usually only buy 1500pc puzzles, occasionally a 2000pc. But, nearly every Ravensburger is worthy of framing, a masterful challenge with many contrasting colors to every edge and corner. Pieces are thick, fit together neatly, no separation of the layers, no letters on the backside either. And, I have purchased so many puzzles that are missing pieces. Never with a Ravensburger, total quality and giftable. Purchase and shipping were spot on.

Always like this brand so not surprised to see pieces that align well and bright crisp colors and images. Lots of variety and a fun puzzle to make. Not difficult if you do puzzles regularly.

This puzzle's quality is typical of all the superb Ravensburger jigsaw puzzles ... virtually no dust and pieces that fit together perfectly. The colors, too, are excellent. But there is no poster and so much detail in this puzzle that piecing it together is literally a piece of work; not fun. I'm patient, though ... but this one is for a more advanced puzzler or could be a group or family project.

Artist Dean MacAdam is a delight! Each of his whimsical interpretations of classic fairytales sparks with vibrant colors, contrasts, patterns, ironic creatures, and expressive characters. Moderate difficulty, maximum fun!

Beautiful puzzle, VERY difficult, not for beginners, that said, it took us 5 days to complete, lol
