How long does it usually take to ship? And how can I contact the seller for more info on shipping?

I’ve have ordered item on 15 Nov22 . After mulitlple communication I have not received response and suddenly cancel order. It was thanksgiving week deal and 50% off now same item available with regular price and they requested to order with regular price. Very bad customer service. Stay away from this seller

Is this a scam? i'm reading a lot of the reviews asking this. how do i contact amazon?

I wouldnt call it a scam because they ship them mattresses out and you do receive them but they aren’t very good at all. I would only order if you need bare minimum and you don’t mind them being extremely uneven. Better for scrap foam.

Contains Glass fiber on the tag ?

If it does that is normal for the lining of memory foam mattresses especially cheap options on amazon. it is a cheap fire barrier. there are options that are more expensive that specifically don’t use fiber glass.

Where does this seller get off lying to Amazon saying they are no longer active sellers on this site, just to cancel my order and triple their prices?

Great mattress, Amazing value! I put a 3-inch memory foam topper (from Amazon) on top, and it's the most comfortable sleep I've ever had. As an added bonus, it is very easy to transport. It can roll up and fit in an easy to carry box for easy moving. Highly recommend if you expect to move frequently!

These mattresses are very comfortable. They expanded pretty fast, and are excellent for the price. Overall quality is outstanding. The only thing that bothered me was the “new mattress” smell. I had the window open in their room and was airing out for a couple of days but it was just very strong. It didn’t bother my husband or kids, just me I guess. I got baking soda and poured it on the mattress and let it sit for 24 hrs and then vacuumed it up with a hand held vacuum, and that seemed to help.

Best budget mattress, but shipping took a longer than expected. Order on the 7th of Jan. Prime shipping between 12th -17th. Didn't receive till the 19th. Never waited this long for anything purchased on prime. Especially living in North California where's there's Amazon hubs near by. Other than that. Mattress itself, is everything as advertised. Quality is beyond what we expected. Got the 12" king size med-firm. Feels firm but soft. Really comfortable! Right out of the box, no smell. Expanded to 12" less than a couple of hours. Which was awesome! First night of sleep on the mattress, have to say probably best nights of sleep in a long time and slept through the night without tossing and turning. Didn't wake up with back pain at all. I've been dealing with pain for a long time and this mattress really helped with lower back pressure. My wife's has worse back pain then I do and her lower back pain was relieved as well. Pain not totally gone but after a few nights her pain is getting better and better. Definitely don't hesitate to purchase!
