I bought this as a Christmas present and unfortunately the item burnt as soon as I plugged it in, I used a voltage converter as suggested by the seller and it still managed to burnt and release smoke. Really disappointed.

No tenía muchas expectativas del producto, pero me sorprendió. Al momento en que escribo la reseña, lo he usado unas 3-4 veces. He tenido muy buenos resultados en las piernas. También lo he usado en axilas y zona del bikini y hay pequeñas zonas sin bello. El crecimiento del bello se vuelve muy lento. En diciembre fui a la playa y fue muy cómodo, depilarme lo mínimo. LO RECOMIENDO. Tomen en cuenta que en zona de axilas y bikini es doloroso.

Hands down, this is the best device I’ve ever purchased. If you actually use it exactly as directed and stay consistent, the results are unreal. I’ve had professional laser hair removal done before (only twice because of the cost), and somehow this has been more effective at a fraction of the price. Yes, it takes time but it is 100% worth it. I have fair skin with very dark, almost black hair, and I’m now nearly completely hair free. The only areas with any regrowth are spots I missed, and even those are disappearing with quick spot treatments. I didn’t bother starting on the lowest level I went straight to level 9 every session. Honestly, the discomfort is minimal and completely manageable, especially considering the results. The benefits far outweigh the minor inconvenience. If you’re on the fence, stop debating and just buy it. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on other at home laser devices (over $400 each) that did absolutely nothing. This one actually works. Use it twice a week, level 9, multiple passes per area, and you’ll be shocked at the results. I even use it on my face at level 9 (use your own judgment) it’s worked like magic for me. If you want real results without paying thousands for professional treatments, this device is it. O produto chegou muito bem embalado e acompanhado de instruções claras e fáceis de seguir. Segui todas as recomendações e, após 2 meses de uso, quase não tenho mais pelos! Resultado excelente! Vale destacar que eu já havia feito 20 sessões de depilação a laser em uma clínica famosa, mas não tive bons resultados porque meus pelos são um pouco claros. Por isso, resolvi investir neste aparelho e estou muito feliz com a escolha. Espero que ele continue funcionando bem por bastante tempo porque provavelmente seria difícil encontrar assistência técnica pra ele aqui no Brasil.
