Works great & are as advertised. I used this product to shim on of my bass guitar necks - action is perfect now! Beware of other similar products on here - my first attempt at buying guitar necks shims, I went with another brand/seller. First of all, they were not in this nice metal tin to help keep them protected from damage/getting lost. Secondly, that other brand listed them as being different angle/grades, but all 3 were of the same exact thickness & and had no taper whatsoever. I'll be sticking with this brand/seller for future purchases of these.

Awesome shims! Fixed issue I had with my custom tele, the Kahler bridge raised the action super high. These did the job.

Work great! I have used a few of them. They fit well and were a great value.

They don't fit MIM Strat without sanding and reshaping. They were warped, but it will flatten when you tighten the neck. The holes are not in alignment and one was precariously close to the edge. They are wafer thin (as they should be) but that makes it hard to sand and shape without breaking. Because of all of this, I had to stop shaping before it was exactly correct. So why 4 stars? I didn't know if the shim was what I needed. The good shims at stew mac were almost 60.00 with shipping. These were a cheap way to try shimming, and the shim did solve some problems, so it was nice having a cheap option.

These were a life saver! I used one of them to tilt a guitar neck backward a bit to get the action just right. I combined the other two to tilt the neck of my bass forward just a bit to get that playing perfectly. There's a lot of play in terms of sliding it back and forth before setting it in place. That way the thickness gets you the perfect tilt. They worked great on both instruments and fit really well into the neck pocket. All I had to do was take off the neck and pop it in. Super easy to install. Really happy with how I got 2 instruments playing perfectly with one pack.

Not flat when received, very brittle to try and cut or drill so extremely hard to work with if they need any trimming to fit your neck pocket.

These work perfectly. Yes sometimes you have to do some trimming and sometimes have to elongate the screw holes but thats what doing custom work is all about. Quit crying they don’t just drop in. If that’s your level of guitar work hand it off to someone who knows how to work on guitars. OR OR put on your big boy pants trim, fit , and make your axe sing. 🎵😎🎵

Absolutely ridiculous. They arrived all the same thickness and not angled. How on earth can something like that even happen? A total waste of time. Refunded.

Jaguarのネックポケットには若干大きくて、数ミリほどヒール部分を削る必要がありました。 さすがにメイプル製というだけあって、ヤスリやカッターではなかなか削れない硬さです。 幸い0.25度だけ必要だったので、これはニッパーでカットして整形することができましたが、0.5度や1度の加工は骨が折れると思います。 取りつけた効果は素晴らしく、共振を減らすブリッジの高さに上げたあとでも、指板上の弦高はかなり低く設定できました。

Don't waste your $ cheap junk from China!

商品説明の日本語が怪しすぎて何を言っているか分かりませんが、シム自体は角度も付いていて使えました。ネックがなかなか言うことを聞かなくなったFender 60s JBに装着して、ようやく落ち着きました。半額以下の他のシムには角度も付いていないようですので、安くはないですがこちらをお勧めします。耐久性はまだ分かりませんので星一つ減です。
