Nice lock good price

Bought as a replacement for an existing lock that finally failed. Fitted the opening without much adjustment and operates ok. Should do the job for the entrance to a let property, time will tell.

Lock functionality: Couldn’t use it on my door that opens left to right as it wasn’t changeable to work on either side of the door even though there is a sticker with a note that I could use this on both sides of the door. Couldn’t return as I opened the lid to check why I couldn’t use it in opposite side of the door.

The lock was of good quality, and arrived in 1 day, however the driver dropped it and another parcel for a distant neighbour at the side of the lane, three doors away. luckily we recognised the place from the photo and collected them before they were run over by another delivery van! I pay a lot for prime and expect prompt and accurate deliveries. Not happy.

Not happy with the purchase, no screw to fit. Also ordered golden colour and received silver.

East to fit replacement lock. Just a bit of simple carpentry to get it to sit correctly in the previous locks recess, but other than that, fit straight in with little fuss.
