How do I get the 32oz pump to operate?

The pump of the shampoo is in the "locked" position so that it doesn't leak during shipment. Press down on the top portion of the pump and turn it so that it will release.

The shampoo I received has a jelly like texture and my previous bottle does not. Does the texture indicate it has expired?

I'm sorry, I don't know. All I can say is this shampoo has a different texture (thinner) than any I've used before but it still works well. It would take years for a shampoo to "expire" so I'd still use it.

Really disappointed with this product. Just opened the box and the shampoo spout was open, shampoo was all down the outside and leaked from the bottle. Lost some of the product and made one hell of a mess. Won’t be purchasing this again if this is how shipping is going to be, especially for the price of the product.

This is a great shampoo if you have hair that tends to get frizzy. Having transitioned into Covid gray hair, I find myself needing help to calm down the frizz. This works very nicely, but still leaves my hair squeaky clean. Larger size and a great price makes this a win/win.
