Can this be used on boots with a water proof membrane

Yes that's not a problem, I use it on 4 different types of waterproof boots

My nubuck boots squeak, I think it's where the tongue rubs the inside of the uppers. Would this product help?

Difficult to say for certain but it will clean and condition the leather making it softer

would this product darken a light nubuck colour?

I'm not sure as I use it on some mid brown Nubuck Ecco's but when I apply it the shoes appear darker but return to their original colour in the course of it drying (and soaking in). I'd be inclined to risk it myself realising that most shoe colours tend to lighten with time and exposure to light.

I have a pair of Dewalt nubuck rigger boots would this be suitable for waterproofing these

Urad Oily is not a waterproofer but it will clean your nubuck leather. Urad Jojo is a waterproofing and conditioning wax that will waterproof leather but this is not recommended if you wish the nubuck boots to look like new. If you are not concerned about the look then this would be a good option for you.
