Best walker ever purchased.
I am very pleased with this walker it is sturdy and stable. It helps me to walk without stooping. The seat is an added bonus both for resting and enabling me to transport items meals for example on the seat or in the very sturdy bag whilst being able to keep both hands on the walker (used to be a bit of a juggling act). Delivery was fantastic within two days of ordering. I have had several walkers but this is the best for usage and price. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great rollator, but...
Although there have been a few minor issues, the customer service received from the supplier has been excellent. The rollator is showing some signs of wear and tear after nearly a year of use, which is understandable for the amount paid and the amount of use it gets. It was bought mainly for its size and lightweight build as it folds up and fits in to most cars. The brakes also work very well. The rollator is used as a lifeline for walking around the town and it is easy to get on and off of the bus and get up and down steps. Friends and colleages have tried it out and given very good feedback. Update: Unfortunately, there was an issue with the front wheels and the rollator did not last for up to a year. When trying to replace the wheels it was near impossible to do and the bolt snapped inside of the frame, but the company resolved this issue quickly.

Grateful!
I'm 37 and finally got the courage to buy and use a rollator. I've dreamed of one for years as I've got hEDS and struggle every day with sitting, standing and walking. I was put off buying one because of the negativity that comes with being young with a chronic illness. I fully expected folk to scoff at me using this, and as expected that's exactly what happened from the old folk, but I'm grateful I took the plunge and got it as I've got more independence and ability to do more normal activities. I am dependent on bus travel and it's a nightmare because there's never any proper seats and most of the time none at bus stops so I always struggle waiting on them. Now I've got a seat I can sit on and wait. Using this has also meant that people can see my unseen disability. Now people are aware that I have difficulties with mobility and they give me space, are more considerate and I don't get the horrible accusations from people who want to know my medical history when I use priority seating. This helps me get shopping as the basket fits on the seat. It's got a handy zipped pocket inside for cards, shopping lists etc so they're secure and concealed when it's folded up/windy. There's a lot of storage in the bag for purse, keys, small bits and pieces if you pop to the shop. I can get around the house no bother as it fits between the doors with loads of room. It's great to be able to cook and have a seat too. I like that it's got a soft bar to give your back more support when you're sitting on it (and stops the basket slipping off when shopping). I'd prefer a seat that was softer but it's a piece of plastic firm foam, so can't really complain. I'm not sitting on it for long periods of time. The wheels are really smooth, they glide across the ground. The brakes work well and don't have any roll back whatsoever. It was pretty much assembled straight out the box. Just needed to put the handles on and adjust it to my height. It's easy to fold up and light enough that I can take it up and down my block's stairs (I live in a top floor flat). The aluminium frame is really sturdy, doesn't have any wobbly bits.

Feels stable and safe
Although only having it for two days, it has made a huge difference. It feels very stable wherever you lean on it, and the brakes make it feel safe when sitting. The biggest advantage is being able to move things from room to room, either on the seat or in the bag, and goes through doors easily. Lightweight and easy to fold.

A great walking aid
This walker is brilliant. I have been able to go out and move around a lot better since I have had it. It has not improved my health or walking abilities. but it has improved my out look as I do not feel that I am going to fall over all the time. It has not improved on how much walking I can do before stopping, But it allows me to stop and get my breath back a lot more safely than with my stick. I do not have to hold on to hedges for a rest or look for a wall to sit on as I can sit on my walking frame. It is well worth the money. The handles can be raised or lowered according to the persons height. The weight limit is supposed to be 21 stone. I am a big girl and it fits me with some room to spare. The seat is comfortable, more than most restaurant chairs are. I have used is as a seat in a cafรฉ and found that I either have to lower the handles which is quite easy to do, or I cut my food up with one arm round one of the handles with the other one between them. If you have trouble pressing the studs in, leave them up and transfer to a normal chair. My handbag fits into the seat which doe not have a lock on it, so is easy to lift up and down, this stops my arm being pulled down by my bag. The compartment is not large enough for a full shopping bag to be put into it and closed, but with the lid open you can carry larger items in it. be careful that you do not put too heavy an item in, as someone else has to lift it in and out for you, but moving it with a heavy load is so easy. To close the frame, there is a light strap when you lift the seat up, is sits on the bottom of the bag underneath and does not take up any bag space, you just lift the strap and it closes the front and back wheels together. It does not close up to a thick walking stick, more like a folding chair shape. You must put the wheels on brake or it will re-open again. The brakes are easy to use, just like a pedal bikes brakes. when you want to stop you close the brake up to the hand grip, this slows you down on slopes when you have not completely put them together or stops you as long as you keep both handle and brake together. When you want to sit down you just push the brake down and it locks, If you only do one you, can give a little push and the frame will move round so you can position it exactly as you want it and then press the other brake down and it does not move. The brakes seem to work well on slopes, so you can have a rest. I would not say it was ultra light, but if it was it would not feel as safe to use as it does. I can lift it in and out of a car boot fairly easily, but if you have a companion, it is easier and lighter than a wheelchair. If your boot is small you might have to put the handles down to get it into the car or put it in the back seat if you have room. I do not suggest that you ever leave it on view when you are not in the car. Never leave anything on view in a car when you are not in it. Do not use it as a cheaper option than a wheelchair. you are facing the wrong way to see where you are being pushed and it is not stable enough to go up and down kerbs with someone seated on it and there is no seat belt. Don't give the grandchildren a ride on it. You could push them on it quite easily, but if they fell off, through the back or over the back of the back rest, they could get hurt and give you a kick as they fall.
