These are a very good Bergamot supplement with a higher dose per capsule than most other brands because of the larger capsules. Most other brands have around 500mg whereas these are 625mg/capsule standardized to 40% Polyphenols. Two per day means the total dosage/day is significantly higher than most other brands which are pretty much useless by comparison if you only take one capsule/day. These are not drugs and as such they are not as concentrated therefore larger amounts are typically needed to get the maximum beneficial effect. You could try one per day and get a blood test to see what effect you get but you might need the full dose to get maximum effect. These are therefore good value for money in comparison to many other brands on the market. However these are not the very best value (1507.5mg/£) but they do contain higher total amounts of Polyphenols per capsule than the best value mgs of Polyphenols/£ which states taking one to two 500mg/day by iPeak (2001mg/£). Many on the market provide closer to 1000mg/£. Those may not be enough if cholesterol is very high which is where these higher strength capsules might be of benefit. Life Extension Advanced Lipid Control which is a natural PCSK9 inhibitor can also lower cholesterol working in a similar way to newer generation statins.

Seems a quality product but my delivery only has writing in a foreign language. Not particularly bothered as you can read the English details on Amazon. Future cholesterol tests will show the benefits on hopefully lowered bad cholesterol. There is research to back this up. Price good as well, for a 2 month supply.

Back in the low colesterol zone with adjustments to my diet & use of these supplements, all within 2 months.

I took this in a combination with another Bergamot Supplement and Benacol... The combination of all three did lower my cholesterol unfortunately I cannot say if this one alone would have worked based on my results..

May be good for some people. I had hoped to take these to help lower my cholesterol, unfortunately I had a bad skin reaction after taking them.
