Logitech Z207 Wireless Bluetooth PC Speakers

Amazing speakers. Bought them second hand. Love the sound quality. Easy to use and set up. Move them round the house whilst i am doing house work. Live in a flat so perfect. Very reasonable price. Just the size i wanted. Compatible with all my gadgets.

As described and reviewed by others. In 2026, reasonable value for money and soon up and running. But, I miss the deep bass of my previous ('Cambridge') speakers, which were old and for which the transformer showed worrying signs of having become too hot.

I live on a narrowboat so as you can imagine space is at a premium. I needed a couple of speakers that would fit into a bureau/writing desk which I use when editing video. These nestle perfectly into the partitions at either side and are ideal for that use. I also find that I am using them in preference to my Hi-Fi system to stream music whilst writing as they are just so convenient. The sound quality is surprising, with good clarity at the top end and a fair bass response. Not up to my high-end B&O system but they're a tiny fraction of the cost and perfectly adequate for the purpose I bought them, and then some. The Blu-tooth locks on every time to all my devices so really pleased.

Very good sound for relatively cheap speakers

These are great speakers for the price. Don’t expect banging sound, but when compared to the standard laptop or screen speakers, these elevate general use very well and good enough to watch a movie on etc. easy to set up, plug them into power and into the computers aux jack. Works with anything with an aux jack.

I bought these for use by a relative with restricted mobilty who has a passion for listening to online music webcasts etc. A key feature is that the three inputs are selected automatically by whichever source is live. I have set it up with her computer feeding the line input, and paired them with both her mobile phone and her Kindle using Bluetooth. The setup works really well and does not require any intervention on her part - the speakers switch seamlessly between whatever source she is listening to. Loudness more than adequate to fill her lounge with decent sound. There are no doubt better sounding speakers out there, but for their size (space was at a premium), cost, sound quality and flexibility they are probably unbeatable. Highly recommended.

The intended purpose of these speakers was to be able to play either from our retro TV or music centre by the use of a Bluetooth connection. While still waiting for delivery of a Bluetooth transmitter, I tried the speaker system by direct connection. T.V. – connected via the stereo phono socket. The speakers were close to the TV. The sound was a definite improvement on the TV speakers and no problems were experienced. Music centre – The connection was made to the speaker outputs using banana plugs. Music was played from a professional CD. To start with the music sound was of similar quality to the original speakers. From time to time the music seemed to pause, disappear briefly and then return. There did not seem to be any repeatability of this and it was only occasional. The music centre and CD were thoroughly tested using its original speakers and this problem did not occur. Amazon Echo (Alexa). As this device has Bluetooth properties the Z207 speaker system was paired to it and Classical music was called for. The chosen piece was Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Although the music was recognisable, it kept breaking into silence and then resuming on a regular basis and was totally unacceptable. After the arrival of a Bluetooth transmitter, the Z207 speakers were tried out using a Bluetooth connection to the music centre. The speaker outputs were connected to the transmitter using two banana plugs wired to a stereo jack plug, which connected to the Auxiliary input of the Bluetooth transmitter. No other Bluetooth apparatus was switched on, Amazon Echo was disconnected from the mains. Whichever CD was played, the music would randomly stop and then resume, sometimes repeating this several times, immediately following the previous breaks. By situating the speakers closer to the transmitter there was some improvement, but the music would still blank out from time to time, quite randomly. If either channel was disconnected from the transmitter, the problem did not occur. The speaker of the disconnected channel was still producing some music and noise. Different CD’s were tried in the music Centre but the problems still occurred, usually on a random basis. The music centre was also tested out using the same Bluetooth transmitter and connections paired with a Logitech receiver adapter connected to a pair of powered computer speakers. No problems occurred, the CD played all the way through without any breaks. This indicated that no problem exists with the Music Centre, the cd, the Bluetooth transmitter (or the independent Logitech Bluetooth receiver adapter). Conclusions There is a fault in the Z207 Speaker system it appears to be linked partially with the Bluetooth operation and partially with some stereo channel interaction. The music centre problem seems to become more severe the further the Speakers are situated away from the transmitter. With direct connection the problem occurred less frequently. The experiment using the Amazon Echo’s Bluetooth connection also failed, but with the two systems quite close together.

These speakers are very easy to set up, just charge for a few hours and then the Bluetooth connection can be launched. When playing music etc from my PC the sound quality is quite poor but this basically reflects the poor quality sound card in my pc. Playing from my iPhone the sound is excellent with a very good bass response and good overall quality sound. As I think others have said, the output depends very much on the quality of your source. In terms of cost these speakers seem to me to be very good value.

Logitec used to produce high quality stuff unfortunately this item didn't meet that standard. Sound was good and quality. But the power unit started to gives a 'ticking' noise and finally stopped working. The item was outside the amazon returning policy so, just in 3 months product stopped working and lost the money.

La única pega es que el enchufe/unidad de alimentación es del tipo ingles y he tenido ce comprar un adaptador para España

A comparación con los que tenía, estos además de ser más potentes tienen un sonido más claro y definido. Los recomiendo tanto para el Pc como para utilizarlos vía Bluetooth emparejándolos con otros dispositivos como el iPod o iPad.

Bon produit le seul hic c'est le son un peu etouffé mais au vu du prix ca fait le taf
