I’ve been using these resistance bands for the past few days and have been really impressed with them so far. The fabric material is a big improvement over the latex/rubber version because these don’t pull on my skin or catch on hair, which makes workouts much more comfortable. I also really like that the set comes with five bands at different resistance levels. It makes it easy to adjust the intensity depending on the exercise and muscle group, and there’s enough variety to accommodate both lighter and more challenging workouts. After several days of use, the bands have been comfortable, easy to work with, and seem well made. They’re a great option for home workouts, stretching, or adding resistance to exercises without needing bulky equipment. Overall, I’m very happy with the set so far and would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for comfortable, versatile resistance bands.

The bands are great. Each band is progressively more difficult, offering greater resistance and opportunity for strengthening. They are versatile and easy to travel with! The fabric covering is much better, thicker and more comfortable than the elastic of other bands. They are very stable and don't roll easily. They fit snugly.
