It should be called colon blow, but it works on stopping hunger. The cramps didn't appear for hours, but in that time, it worked really well, no nausea, just a full feeling.

I bought these and then read, too late, that they are SO powerful at slowing digestion that they really shouldn't be used if you're on a GLP-1 medication. They do fill you up, even just taking one with a tall glass of water, 3X per day. I gave them to a friend who isn't on a GLP-1 and she says they fill her up, too. However, while they would be good for weight loss, they do nothing to help your gut. So I prefer to take psyllium husk which not only helps with weight loss but also is good for the gut. However, I will say that while these pills are fairly large, you can glug them down one at a time (unless you are someone who has problems swallowing pills). They are tasteless.
