I've been using this kettle for about a year. It made my hostel life considering food so easy and fulfilling. I tried it in everything possible to make. It’s extremely useful for bachelors or hostellers who don’t have access to a proper kitchen. The dual temperature option helps prepare different types of food more effectively, rather than just boiling everything at one level. The build quality is also quite good and feels durable even after regular use.

Extremely happy with the after sales service. The kettle I bought about a year ago was not functioning properly. After booking a complaint, got a call in 24 hrs asking a specific type of video. Got a call on the same day about product pickup arrangement. Received replacement on the very next day. This is unbelievable. Thanks to the lady who coordinated everything.

Only one side of the kettle coil is working, one side of bottom is boiling...
Only one side of the coil of base is working, ao water boils at one side only..not happy . Size is also small..

Good one to use daily
Good one from Agaro. This steamer cum multipurpose kettle works well for your cooking needs. I use this in my office for cooking brown rice, boiled eggs and sometimes steaming veggies and corn. Though it takes little more time for rice but the process is efficient. They replaced mine after one year when it stopped heating with a new one. Good service by agaro and its team.

Disappointed and lost belief ( -5 Negative )
If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.
