I received this item on 8/24 installed on 8/25. Perfect fit as described. Excellent replacement. oops, on 9/29 the thumb latch lever broke. Once I figured out how to notify the seller that i had a problem it was about 10/2. I asked them for a replacement thumb latch lever.Much to my surprise a total replacement item handle and all arrived at my house on Sunday 10/5. Perfect fit, of very good quality. Great value for the money. AND, how can you complain about the customer service. OVERALL, AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Just installed it after I had taken one back from Home Depot that was four times the cost. This seems to work great it’s only day one but happy with the purchase so far.

very nice, durable and stylish. A fine replacement for a door handle that was worn out. It was super easy to install, the screws were a little short but I reused the old screws just fine.

Solid handle. Only downside was the screws provided were slightly different than original size but all together it’s solid.

It came with multiple bolts foe different thickness doors this not only fixed the handle but also fixed the locking mechanism that comes with it super east to install

I purchased this in December 2024. By March, the screws have fell out. They gave me two set of screws. One set was too long and the set that I used only went onto the female part by a couple of turns. I had to use the long screws just so the handle would stay on the door. The screws stick out about a 1/4 inch now. I see they now show three sets of screws on their advertisement. I will have to buy another handle that will work.

A few things I’d like to note:I needed a patio sliding glass door handle WITH an exterior key lock but this was the only one available to me next day. I knowingly ordered this one WITHOUT an exterior key lock because after looking at the pictures I thought I could make it work. After receiving the item I noticed the exterior part of the handle has a “knockout” where the exterior lock should be. I took a screwdriver and a hammer and knocked it out, then cleaned the edges with a reamer and BOOM, the lock fit PERFECTLY! I did have to trim a bit more of the interior locking piece that goes through the mortise lock because the key lock also has a pice that is supposed to meet halfway.Second, I had to drill the holes in my door to make room for the screw posts on the new interior door handle. My previous interior handle was flat so the size of the holes only had to be the size of the screws. The new interior door handle has posts that protrude through the door, I’m assuming to support the pushing and pulling on the handle. A drill and a 5/16” drill bit made quick work of that, but it is worth mentioning in case your handle is flat you know what to expect.Lastly, the kit comes with 3 different sized pairs of screws in case of different thicknesses of doors. The shortest screws were about 1/4” too long so I had to cut them. Again, not a big deal but be aware you might have to cut yours.
