These work great to make sure all your wood joints are square. I love my set and will be buying a couple more sets.

Used this in my first project ( entertainment center) and made attaching the pieces possible by myself. Very much worth the money in my opinion. Still need to add face frame to cabinet but very pleased with how it came out.

The overall design I'm not wild about, it's hard to hold in place and clamp down especially on large or awkward pieces. I've learned to use a square and clamp it to one panel laying down before the other piece. Trying to hold both pieces in alignment, then fit these 3 pieces together and tighten it is a pain, and if you tap it into alignment, the ends tend to pop off. I'd say it's more of a squaring clamp for after you pin your corner together than it is a corner holding clamp, but for squaring it works great.

What's good for holding small wood project corners.

When you are assembling a project and the corners must be 90 degrees, these corners are the answer. They will hold you pieces in place and free up your hands to use a brad nailer, or keep the pieces from moving while the glue is drying. If you are the least bit interested in woodworking, these positioning squares need to be in your workshop.

The items that I received are square when checked again Woodpeckers square, so they are good.

Love this concept of alignment for right angle connections. However, right angle = 90 degrees. Two of the four I recieved were dead nuts on. The other two were 88 degrees. I'm not a professional wood worker, so this discrepancy is acceptable in my world. If you want a 90 degree angle and 88 won't work. Pass this puppy up. Amazing how two of the four were dead on and two were not. Tells me their quality control is out to lunch. Mick
