One works and the other does not
The shipment came a day early (good). It was nicely packaged and protected (good). One thing wrong...... Out of the 2, I received only 1 bottle sprays the other bottle does not spray (broken sprayer). What am I supposed to do about the other one that does not spray?

Since this product has been discontinued by bath and body works, I was suspicious when I saw the Fall in Bloom body scent in Amazon but turns out the it's genuine. I have been searching this for a while. Fast delivery Good packing

Disappointed
Disappointed, both bottles arrived but only one bottle will spray. I was going to switch caps or pour it into a different bottle, but when I tried to unscrew the cap/sprayer I realized it doesn’t come off. Very upsetting because the scent smells amazing! **UPDATE** Customer service/Amazon refunded the money for the non working spray bottle. Review changed to 5 stars for great customer service.
