Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands for Home Fitness, Stretching, Strength Training, Physical Therapy, Workout Bands, Pilates Flexbands, Set of 5

Having read other reviews when buying loop bands and only one turning up when expecting a pack of five I was very pleased with this purchase. You get five bands of varying degree of difficulty, a guide for exercises and a bag to keep them in. I have tried all the bands and they are excellent, no snapping on first use as others have found with other brands. I am using them for rehabilitation exercises and they do the job very well. If looking to buy loop bands I would strongly recommend these ones.

These bands help me ini my stretching exercises combined with my Pilates stretches.a good example of how to exercise with our over straining.

Love these! Handy to have if you havent the space for weights or gym equipment! Light to heavy bands, you can have a good workout with these and it comes with a handy pouch to keep them in and a handy little exercise booklet.

Absolutely love them. They offer so many different strengths for various excersises. Just watch out for sellers other than Fit Simplify. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them. The first order I did was a fake bands with no logos on them. And after noticing that under same listing was 2 different sellers..one was ZHRETAIL and other was Fit Simplify. And the bands from Fit Simplify have so much more density and they are thicker and not so flimsy like the other ones. The fake ones are thin and shiny but the original ones are almost matt. The other seller seems to have disappeared from the same listing now after I sent them an email saying they are selling fake product under the exact same description. These are good value for money and a viable alternative to buying increasingly expensive sets of dumbbells as your strength increases. These are the shorter form of resistance bands so whilst they support a wide range of exercises (see youyube for loads of examples), they can't do everything. I'm considering buying some longer bands later. Resistance bands are great for maintaining health and fitness during lock down when you have restricted space to work out and to store equipment.

The blue resistance bands have already torn up in less than a months use. Unfortunate really.

These are good quality bands, in their own bag. You can download and print off a training manual too.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas. Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

Easy to use and beneficial

Best fitness bands purchase I ever made. the fact that they even come with a carry bag makes it that much easier to carry around!

Supers, utilisés aux cuisses et mollets ainsi qu’avec des exercices pour les bras, quotidiennement et je ne les ménage pas. Je n’utilise que les deux plus résistants. Belle surprise au niveau qualitatif.
