Nature's Bounty Complete B

Good product, gives me extra energy as im recovering from two serious accident's.

Feeling the results since taking these.

To be honest, these supplements make me nervous. Most of the doses for the various B vitamins are given at TEN TIMES the recommended dose if you obey the container and take 2 a day. I actually couldn't find such high daily doses in any of the other Vit B supplements available on Amazon. The NHS website simply says there's no evidence whether such high doses are harmful or not in the long term - we just don't know.There is some evidence that extra B vitamins can reduce the incidence of aura migraines, so I'm keen to try them. Which I will for a limited period but using only 1 capsule a day not two. That's still five times the daily recommended dose for most of them so it doesn't really sound like a great plan for the long term. Maybe it's fine but it makes me personally nervous. More is not necessarily better.They are inoffensive caplets, easy to take and a good price for their level of content, assuming you're happy with that.

Easy to swallow caplets. I could always do with some B bits and needing the energy so gave it a go. I don't know if it's my imagination but after 48 hours feeling more energy already. Whatever the reason I'm more than happy to keep taking to gain back some vitality.Highly recommended

This does what I expect and look for, they are easy to swallow and they do not leave any horrible after taste. Good!

Started taking & I feel so much more energetic I usually get the afternoon sluggish feeling so took one at breakfast & one with dinner and no afternoon lug! I feel perkier & have more of a pep in my step. Do make sure you take with food it does help to make it work sooner. I was also having early signs of a cold they have disappeared and I feel good.
