Preis und Leistungsverhältnis, obwohl das Supplement importiert werden muss und ein wunderbares Mittel für die Herzfunktion ist! Nicht zu teuer und man bekommt es in Europa.

Wer etwas davon spührt,der hatte ein echtes Problem in diesem Bereich. Grundsätzlich spürt man aber nichts von solchen Nahrungergänzungmittel.

Hilft tatsächlich leicht bei Engegefühl in der Brust. Allerdings auch nur im Ruhezustand. Beim Cardio empfinde ich die Wirkung eher als unangenehm, da das Herz definitiv schneller und stärker schlägt. Insgesamt würde ich Arjuna mit einem leichten Beta Blocker vergleichen, der dazu auch die allgemeine Befindlichkeit etwas dämpft. Besserung bei Extrasystolen oder sogar eine Reduktion der Flimmeranfälle, konnte ich mit dem roten Rindenpulver leider nicht erreichen. Vielleicht ist eine Einnahme bei einigen spezifischen Herzproblemen sinnvoll und ich denke ein Versuch schadet höchstwahrscheinlich nicht. Bei ernsthaften Rhythmusstörungen hilft die ayurvedischen Medizin allerdings nicht.
