I bought it for my bathroom exhaust fan and wanted a 15 minute maximum time limit. The black knob is twice the size of my past timer. The timer easily turns and works well. You can hear the ticking and I know it is working. I was glad it worked with just two wires for Line 1 and Load 1 slots. I was disappointed that my two other dimmer switches also were working on just two wires.

Well its just what if says. A mechanical timer. I have to manually set it so the earth does not stop. Good thing to because if the planet stops spinning bad things would happen. So i use this timer to keep everything in place and the world spinning. I have purchased before snd the advantage of a mechanical timer is you don’t need electricity. It was not expensive for my application and it does make a soft ticking noise if the place is quit. Its actually quite soothing. You do need to turn it on at least a quarter of the way if you only need it on for a short time. But if you are using to keep the planet in check please turn it all the way. So the people in middle earth don't get upset snd come up and bite us!!!

I got this to use in a 12-volt DC application even though it's designed for a 120 volt AC application. It seems to work great and I coupled it with an outdoor cover so it can turn on the pump for the sink on the exterior of my camper. And this way I never leave the pump on.

It is not stainless steel as advertised. The cover has a stainless steel look on an aluminum cover. Good timer.

Easy to install (hook up white wire with white, and black wire with black. Be sure to turn off power first, if you're uncomfortable with electrical work. Just make sure you separate the black and white wires from one another at all times. Don't even think about touching both at the same time.) Timer works flawlessly. There was nothing to set or configure since it's a mechanical timer. The metallic look makes the timer look higher-end, and it's fairly quiet. Put this on a bathroom heater so it doesn’t get forgotten and left on all day. It was on a thermostat before.

Works very fine.

Just what I needed in my guest house. For some unknown reason(s) my guests were always leaving the spotlights on all night long (city folk?) and then "forgetting" to turn them off during daylight hours. Install was easy - I only wish the product had interior tapped holes to accept a standard switch plate or decorator style switch plate. The wiring for the spotlights went into a 3-gang box so the numbered switch plate that came with the timer wasn't appropriate. I got around that problem by using a label maker. Tick-tock noise is subtle but if it's loud enough to bother you maybe you should go outside and be in the light.

A little fan goes a long way in keeping house but the money goes to electricity if you leave it on. Very nice little gadget to go with the bathroom fan or possible also the light. In a Busy household it's east to leave things on, this way you don't have to worry. I'm personally a little capable of leaving on the light on in the laundry room, this way I don't have to worry and it will turn off by itself. I wasn't so keen on the look, a little arty I found a small tube of metallic paint and changed the look of it to blend into my room's deco.

Sencillo, bien acabado, bien construido y funcional. Lo necesitaba para timer de una bomba de agua que necesito apagar exactamente antes de 10 minutos por uso y este timer viene perfecto porque tiene buen rango para ajustar minuto a minuto, es fácil de usar, el sonido es suficiente para saber que está en funcionamiento pero nada exagerado o invasivo y se ve sobrio en la pared. Una verdadera mejora para el hogar que recomiendo ampliamente si necesitas apagar una bomba de agua en ese rango de tiempo pero bajo tu control y odias las automatizadas que entran a cada rato y te meten ruido cada que abres una llave o usas el wc en tu casa.
