Worked great for a year. Today it failed. Water everywhere. Luckily it's in my shop not my house. I thought the pump failed but nope, the inlet screen was clogged up. Sucks yes, but also probably prevented all that crap getting into the pump & locking it up. For the record, my shop is... a shop. It gets dirty, dusty ect. If you put the pump (or mini split/dehumidifier) in a dirty environment check your inlet screen often. Even if it's not in a "dirty" environment still check it. So overall I Like the pump. It's still working great, little noise & easy to install.

Works great! As advertised. Very easy to install on a portable split unit, it is perfect for a small unit, you just cannot roll your unit around much, so limited mobility post installation. Easy to follow YouTube inststall vid like, 3 mins? Very easy. It's small, quiet perfect. I'll maintain it as directed, lets see how long it lasts.

Works well. Looks quite tiny. Pump is 4.1" long, 2" high,1.8" wide. Compact. Good manual. My test did about 1.5 gal in 11 minutes, about 8+ gal/hour. Output pipe is only 3/16",6mm inside, so don't expect miracles but it does the job well. The output tube is maybe 4 feet long. I had to buy a longer one. The sensor wire between pump and float reservoir is about 3 feet. The reservoir is small ( 1 ounce) so if you have lots of water flow, the pump may turn on and off often. I put mine on a timer to limit the cycles. My setup pumps about 3 gals per day. very quiet. Works.

I tested it on my dehumidifier and the pump and the shut off both worked. That lasted roughly one day and both failed. I attempted again, making sure it was level in all directions. I tested both the pump and the shut off worked . I left the unit alone (no movement) and again both pump and shutoff failed within a day.

I was in need for a new water pump for my HVAC system, and this was recommended as a top seller and the highest quality. It was very easy to install, the instructions were clear, but if you are replacing this with an old one, you will likely not need the instructions. It works exactly as intended, and the float works properly, triggering the pump to activate and expel water once the reservoir has been filled. This was a very well made product and I am not disappointed with my purchase. I highly recommend. I am hoping never to have to replace this again, but if I do, I would absolutely buy it again and have recommended it to friends and coworkers..

Wish it had just a little more suction power to clear the line a little better other than than for now it's working

Excellent product and wonderful customer service! The pump is quiet and works great. The reservoir fits nicely in the back of the head unit. I had a small issue that was quickly resolved after contacting their customer service department. I am very pleased with the pump and would definitely purchase it again.

This pump is much quieter then other pumps, works great!
