I buy this bundle every 2 months. Since converting to Shuya instead of popular American brands, I have noticed a slight decrease in the duration of my cycles, no more rash/irritation due to wearing pads, and my extremely painful period cramps/ symptoms have diminished. I have been using these for over a year and am an extreme advocate for them just based on my own experiences. I have 1-2 heavy days and the remaining 3-5 are lighter. I go through 1.5-2 packs per cycle. The anion strip is soothing as well. And it doesn’t feel bulky like other brands.

These herbal pads provide soothing comfort during PMS. They are very comfortable and the adhesive doesn’t overly stick into your underwear like other brands. They are perfect for sensitive skin and doesn’t irritate. They prevent leaks. They are a bit pricey at times but they are well worth it. Highly recommended!

These are the only pads i use now. I had to get adjusted to the tingly feeling from the mint but i love them. Odor control and absorbency is awesome!!

I have used this product before and love it! It’s a healthier alternative to traditional pads and gives you a cooling sensation that also helps with cramps if you have them. The Ion strip is the TRUTH! Comes as stated - 4 packs of 10 pads (40 pads all together) The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I ordered on Monday and they Came the next Monday and not in two days for prime as stated. Other than that I would order again.

I can’t tell if the ionic strip if doing anything yet. I’ve only tried it one month. I like that they are clean and very absorbing. They make you feel fresh. It’s almost like a menthol feeling.

I have been using the shorter length Shuya pads for some time and have been pleased with them --- except for one thing. Accessibility to find the opening in the packaging was quite difficult. Having just received this larger version, I was pleased to see that a colored pull tab has been added. Seems like a small thing but it makes it so much easier to open the plastic wrapping. Thank you!
