I'm happy with this purchase and anxious to do the best I can for my husband and myself. Perfect amount of great information- Concise and Encouraging
This book is such a blessing to me. I was on information overload looking up Anemia on line after being diagnosed. This book sums up all the important information. The author speaks directly to the reader, and is as encouraging as a good coach. A great, simple, effective guide. I highly recommend this book if youโve been diagnosed with anemia, and have been told to take iron supplements.

Good source of information
I was really getting mixed information about iron and what to eat. This book was easy to understand and the recipes were not super weird. I gained a lot of good information. Made me feel better about my anemia.

Not written by a medical professional
This book is essentially garbage. Itโs written by a freelance journalist, not a medical professional. There are no citations to back up anything the author says and there are maybe four recipes total. In no way is this a cookbook. I have no idea how this got so many high ratings.
