I submitted proof of purchase, a plumber’s report, and some photos — and within 48 hours, they sent me a brand-new replacement unit, no questions asked. Not only that, they upgraded me to a slightly newer model with a refreshed remote control. This kind of exceptional customer support is rare these days. It’s clear the company truly stands behind their product and values their customers. Because of that experience, I’m now ordering a second unit for my other bathroom. I owe it to this one!! I must say I have never been happier and satisfied with the product and their customer service for any of my purchases on amazon than these smart toilet specially after spending all the big $$. I bought 1 for my parents master bedroom but was scared that it would not work, or be cause problem and yada yadaa.. but I was wrong! A professional plumber installed it, and it was installed right and the toilet works great!!! The best part is I am able to operate this toilet even when there is no power! Some features I like are Auto Lid opening, Auto Flush, Various Spraying Settings & Ambient Lighting. Warm water option, Ergonomic Heated seat with various heat level settings. Additionally not just the product itself, but buying this smart toilet vs others is I must say this company stands by their product!! Their excellent customer service makes them stand by against all the other competitors. I would like to say I called them couple of times and a great "Client Experience Specialist" by the name of 'Sadia' helped my every time and went over and beyond and gave me helping hand on understanding/ resetting some of the great features this toilet has to offer. Even after calling them so many times, they are always like call us anytime and we are happy to answer all of your concerns. This shows how wonderfully this company stands by their product. I bought 3 of these already, 1 for my parents bathroom, 1 for my own bathroom, 1 for my guest bathroom and will be buying 1 more in coming months for my home office bathroom. My guests and neighbor also like this toilet when they used it in our house, and said they will also be buying these once they start remodeling their bathroom soon. Smart Toilets are the new norm, all new construction houses are installing these, I would highly recommend this product and this company. You will not regret it. Got this toilet during prime day. I was deciding between this and the vovo toilet. Considering the cost of the vovo being more than 3 times the price of the leivi toilet for the features that this toilet offers I decided to go with leivi instead. It has automatic lid opening, flushing, led light, bidet etc pretty much everything I wanted in a smart toilet and more. It looks very sleek and looks just like the advertised picture. The installation was straight forward and came with all of the needed parts. I did not need to purchase a separate adapter to get it connected that was mentioned in other reviews. I did however purchase a universal wax less toilet bowl gasket instead of using the wax that came with it. It came well package and nothing was damage. The toilet itself is very heavy so having two people move it and install it would be ideal. Pros: I like the optionality of being able to turn on/off automatic seat/lid, auto flush, two user settings Price point for the features Very strong flush, haven’t noticed any splashes compared to my previous toilet every time i flushed One piece design makes a lot easier to clean Cons: There’s no setting to extend the automatic flushing time. I ended up turning this feature off since it would automatically flush when it would sit up a bit to wipe dry. It would be nice to have a setting that would allow me either extend the auto flush time or flush after the lid is closed Overall for the price and features that this toilet offers I am very satisfied with it. I am hoping it will continue to operate without any problems in the future.

I never write reviews, but this toilet is so bad I had to write this one. This toilet breaks regularly, and -- while customer service is responsive and helpful -- the past two years of owning this toilet have been a near-constant battle. Read the other reviews: many of them reference how great customer service is. It's odd that so many have an experience with customer service. There is a plastic part in the back that was designed poorly. Under normal use, it cracks...all the time...and the friendly customer service people have to send out new replacements. Meanwhile, we cannot use the toilet. We have to shut off water to the toilet, otherwise the crack sprays water all over our bathroom floor. This has happened at least 4 times over the past 2 years. The last time the crack that showed up was so big that it not only flooded the bathroom, it leaked through the ceiling and destroyed the room underneath. After sending email after email to the customer service (and getting good responses) they told me the only thing they can do is send another toilet top...this would be the 5th. I'm done. I asked for a refund since it destroyed two rooms with water damage, and they couldn't figure it out. So now i'm out the cost of the toilets, plus fixing all the water damage in my home due to the poor design & manufacturing of this toilet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

just installed yesterday. so far the toilet is very nice. we love the features on it. a few things i don't like. you need to have very skinny arms to put the wings nuts on the closet bolts they have to be done from the back. my wife was the only one that could get her arms behind it. also it has 2 water lines for the toilet one is a 1/2 line the other is a 3/4 line and it is not easy to move around. my water line came out the wall at the edge of the toilet with no way to turn the new valve to hook water to it. i had to move the water line about 6in over. the valve that is included did not fit what i had. when i moved the line i found a shark bite that worked which made that part easy. the plug comes out the right side of the toilet if you are looking at it so keep that in mind when installing a outlet. other than that if you are not handy it might be a little hard to install. Update: the seat sensor went out on the toilet. Nothing would work. I emailed the company and after some troubleshooting. They sent me a new top part of the toilet. They made sure we had a working, and had to upgrade the remote as well. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from again. Knowing they will make sure you have a great product.

Update Sept 30, 2024: EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All pending action from them have been resolved and even after they’ve addressed all my concerns, they still follow-up to make sure that I’m completely satisfied with the resolution. Just because of this, I’ll certainly purchase from them again and can recommend! Update July 24, 2024: I've been going back and forth with Leivi support regarding the concerns that I have reported. So far, I've been impressed with the progress and what's been agreed on to resolve the reported issues. The company certainly values their customer and they've gone beyond my expectations; they are responsive and the attention to detail certainly marks higher than others. I'm still holding back the one star since there's still pending action from them and will update the matter is fully resolved. ~~~~~~~~~~ This is my 2nd bidet which was installed in our master bath during renovation: Here's what attracted me to the toilet: - Has a USB port for plugging in a USB-C power bank when the power is off (tested and works) - Automatic open/close cover & seat - Auto-disinfecting light and seat - Metal-constructed sprayer & self-cleaning - Heated water & seat controls - Appears to be solid build - Has mostly everything needed These are the features I didn't like: - Manual and instructions can be improved - The kick sensor fails to detect foot movement (sometimes, this takes 4-5 attempts to get the seats to go up or to flush) - The flushing could be improved (my other Bidet made by Eplo allows me to have a half-flush for #1 vs a full-flush for #2. This feature is awesome because one can control the water dispersion based on usage. - The motor to automatically open/close the seats/cover emits a high-pitched noise that is rather annoying. If your partner is a light sleeper, this might be an issue. - Finally, the photos on the product page of the remote are not the same as what's included (I didn't notice this until after the bidet had been installed and past over the 30-day mark). The remote it included appears to be a touchpad. Recommendation If you want to experience bidet, then this would do just fine. I'm still mixed about whether to recommend this or not - once I actually use it more then I'd know. I love my Eplo bidet and really wish to say the same with this one right away.

This was my first smart toilet and I love it so much that I bought a second one. I had a bidet seat previous to purchasing the smart toilet and the toilet is so much better. I do like the bidet function better on the seat because it had stronger water pressure but it works well enough on the smart toilet plus it has much better features compared to the bidet seat. I like how the seat heats up instantly when you sit down. The no touch lid/cover opening and auto flushing features are great too! It would be nice if the toilet had a sensor that detects when you approach it and auto opens the lid like other models. You have to touch the sensor with your foot on the Leivi toilet or use the remote to open the lid and both options work well. The smart toilet has a strong flush and the built in LED lightning is perfect for guiding you during those middle of the night bathroom trips. This was my first toilet install and it took my am hour by myself. The installation was a bit challenging because the water valve that comes with the toilet is 1/2" but I still don't know what the thread type is. It's definitely not a 1/2" compression fitting that will screw directly to your existing pipe coming out of the wall and it will require some plumbing modifications. After several trips to Home Depot, I ended up using a PEX female 1/2" FNPT swivel adapter which is plastic, metal FNPT fittings did not work. It's the wrong fitting but doesn't leak. You can bolt the toilet directly to the flange, like any other toilet or you can have sit on top without using the bolts. I opted to use the bolts which is nice because other smart toilets don't have that option. Overall this is a great buy for the price and would recommend to anyone that is considering this model. EDIT: The seat heater and heated water stopped working a month after I install it. I emailed support and they are sending me a new one. I'm a bit concerned about the long term reliability, however defects happen with all products and hopefully they don't continue to occur. Update: the replacement seat was defective and needed a 3rd replacement seat. Everything is working great now and I received excellent customer supports for this product. Highly recommend!!!

This is my first ever Amazon review. We really love our Leivi bidet toilet! It’s got everything — warm seat, warm water, night light, smart sensors, all the cool features. Comes with the remote that magnetic to the holder. It feels super fancy and works great. We bought 2 for our renovation project and one of ours had a problem with the bidet not spraying after maybe a month of use, but the company was amazing about it. They answered all my emails, helped me try a few things, after all that didn’t work they sent a replacement seat. They were super nice and helpful through the whole process. Everything’s been working perfectly since, and we’re really happy with it. Totally worth it! Highly recommended!!
