Threw this on a 83 Suzuki lt125, easy to install, easy to tune the atv fired right up first pull, idle was a little high but with how easy it is to tune with the adjustment mechanism its so easy to get the idle right.

Worked well right out of the box for a TTR 125. Very minor pilot jet adjustment. This carb is so much more responsive than the original. Almost too responsive. Starts immediately now. No more cold natured / stuck choke / hard starting issues. Be prepared for a few mods for fitment. Removed factory push / pull cable assembly and installed a pull Nibbi style. Removed intake and sanded rubber flange off leaving 1/2 inch of underlying 24mm metal intake pipe exposed. Attached with a 24 / 26mm silicone boot and clamps for smooth air flow. Air filter side was tight but stretched and fit. May need some heat there if rubber is cold / stiff.

This little carb replaced a cheaper made aftermarket carb on my TTR 125. The old carb's float was sticking and no amount of tinkering was getting it right. I bought this little Nibbi and it was simple to install. I did not need to modify a thing. I installed it and started the bike no problem. It's been on the bike for a month and the bike is ridden hard, wheelies, jumps, trails, etc I'm very happy so far.

I put a PE 24 on a 2007 Suzuki DRZ 125. It replaced the original Mikuni Ucal 24 mm. With the original carb it was very cold blooded to start using choke and a 10 minute warm up. Now it starts in 5 seconds without choke and has no warm up time. The old carb had leaks from the needle and seat sometimes. This one doesn't. The throttle response is quicker - it's more fun now. It needed rubber adapters to fit the airbox and intake. I used Fernco fittings. Parts were spendy for the Mikuni. Parts are cheap for the Nibbi. So I liked in so much I also put a PE 24 on my 2012 Yamaha TTR 125. This also replaced a Mikuni Ucal 24 mm. This time I also had to go from dual throttle cable to single throttle cable. Not hard to do. The old carb ofcourse had the choke corroded into the carb and didn't work so it was hard to start. Eliminated the choke cable. Same results as the DRZ - starts in 5 seconds and has 0 warm up time. Better throttle response and more fun to ride. This bike has a FMF powercore 4 exhaust and I'm saying this Nibbi carb and that pipe are a perfect compliment to each other. Also changed the fuel petcock to a shorter one to facilitate a higher supply point on the TTR. Easy to tune.
