Works well. Better than expected

After two months after breaking my right humorous bone, which is the upper part of the arm, my Ortho physician said it was time to add another exercise to the mix. This little device was easy to attach to a door and each day when I use it, I can get my arm a little bit higher. It’s a very simple exercise but very useful.

This is an EXCELLENT exercise tool for my rotator cuff shoulder maintenance! I had rotator cuff surgery about 7 years ago and recently I start having some clicking shoulder pains when bowling. I’ve been practicing a lot and my shoulder needs a rest. I purchased this excercise pulley to help strengthen my rotator cuff and also stretch out some of my tight shoulder muscles. After using this pulley for 2 days doing various arm shoulder exercises, I feel so much better and hope to use this gadget daily to improve mobility. It’s a very low impact exercise and feels more like stretching due to no weights being used and only resistance of the other arm. I keep my resistance very low and do more reps to loosen the tight muscles. This will be good for someone who just completed their physical therapy sessions after getting a rotator cuff surgery. The quality is pretty good for the price. The shipping was really fast and everything fits in a nice draw string bag that came with it. About 10-15 minutes of use every day works wonder compared to no rotator cuff exercise at all. I rate this product as 5 STARS! Update: After using this exercise pulley device for about 2 weeks now, my shoulder is 90% better. My rotator cuff area muscles seems little stronger and firmer. I visited my mom and made her use it. I think this will help her getting some basic exercise so I gave her my set and ordered 2 more just now. One for me and one for another gift who may need something like this to help them with pain. I like giving. Great product so far and so lightweight and portable.

Kind of limp but does the job for me.

Received the item with its pack torn, and obviously already used as it was untidely stuffed inside the pack. Item itself, though, works as advertised.
