Jake and the Neverland Pirates Ship Bucky

We got this for our granddaughter and she plays with it constantly now, it is a sturdy toy and good looking too, there is not much you can say about it as the toy speaks for itself, what you see you know its going to be perfect for boy or girl so I think the guys should put a picture of a girl playing with it too on the box, its a uni-sex toy so let everyone know it. The price is a bit high but quality toys last longer and can be played with, and no worries on if they will hurt, the parts are all rounded and no sharp ends, worth the price.

This was quite an expensive purchase and we had high expectations, since we'd played with one previously. Plus points: Easy to operate, even for a two year old. Looks to be durable and well designed Has quite a few features to keep children amused. They can relate to the character, as seen on TV Minus Pints: Costly for what it is and packaging made it difficult to wrap up and then to remove toy from its packaging. Lacks sufficient characters to play with - only one person and a parrot! Only plays two tunes/speaking parts - expected more

Jake’s mighty ship Bucky comes with lots of play options. There is a front cannon and 3 missiles included. The ship also plays 25 sound effects/action phrases apparently- though it didn’t count them all. Unfortunately only Jake and his parrot Skully are included as figures - it would have been great to have a few more of his crew to man the decks. Hence we felt obliged to also buy some of the accessory sets. At least there is a fixed Tick Tock the Crocodile figure hiding behind a hidden trap door on the side of the boat. These Jake and the Neverland sets are of good quality and very durable. Our son has already been playing with it extensively and there is not a scratch or wear to be seen. There are wheels on the bottom. However somewhat to our disappointment and surprise these boats are not meant to use in the bathtub.

The boat is good and the figurines are very realistic to the cartoon. Only problem the kids had was the door did not close properly on the back of the boat and eventually fell off.

My 4 year old boy and 3 year old girl are huge fans of the cartoon, so we bought them Bucky for Christmas. I bought it from Amazon for a much cheaper price than elsewhere and I'm really happy with my purchase. Compared to some of their other plastic toys of a similar price I think it's very good quality and is great for encouraging imaginative play, which many toys linked to cartoons aren't. The only downside I think is that if you want extra characters to go with Jake and Scully you need to buy them separately, but we've done this and my kids have had hours of fun with Bucky and co already.

Product quality is good but very disappointed it doesn't play the real Jake music. Is this an officially licensed product or not? It plays cheap sound-alike music.

I bought this ship for my daughter's 4th birthday. She loves the show so i didn't care that it might be a boy's toy. Anyway, i was impressed at the quality, very strong sturdy plastic. This toy is on the expensive side but its well worth it, has many different fun features and does provide hours of fun.

Not sure if the one I received was faulty, but it only plays 1 tune and says 1 phrase. I may as well of brought the one without the sounds and paid less money

Jake and the Neverland Pirates is not a series just for Boys. Both of my girls (ages 3 and 5) love it. They run around the house pretending to be pirate princesses and all the other characters all the time. They also love all the toys. Jake's Musical Pirate Ship Bucky is a great toy all around. It is sturdy and substantial and can take a beating. It is also super fun for my girls. It comes with Jake and Scully (the parrot) and it accommodates plenty of the Jake characters that my girls have collected (or Doc McStuffins, or Strawberry Shortcake, or whoever else wants to go for a boat ride). It has great sounds and the water cannon is fun and easy to use, but not too dangerous as many projectile toys have been in the past. It is also nice that the water ball projectiles are compatible with all the other cannons on the other Jake toys. There are also plenty of little plastic pegs that go in holes on each characters foot to keep them in place in various parts of the ship. The extra water balls also store neatly right on the deck of the ship. Tick Tock Croc even pops out of a hidden door in the hull of the ship. These little features all make for a nice design. The most amazing part about Bucky is how much my girls love playing with it. It, with all the other Jake toys, keeps them entertained for long periods of time. It is the only toy that will keep our 3-year-old out of our hair so we can get a much needed break. The only negative thing I can say about Bucky is that the door that covers Tick Tock Croc comes off really easy, but isn't too hard to put back on, and keeps this delicate part of the toy from breaking. Long story short, Bucky is a lifesaver in our house by giving our girls hours of fun. We buy all the Jake toys and this one is a must have. Five Stars! Highly Recommended! Item was just as described in post, actually was better than expected being a used item. Also arrived earlier than expected. Great experience.

El barco tiene un tamaño perfecto para un niño de tres años. El niño carga y dispara perfectamente el cañón así como el cocodrilo tic-tac. El timón tiene movilidad. El barco tiene unas ruedas que le proporcionan mucha estabilidad. Es perfecto para el juego. Muy recomendable.

The product was in good condition and delivered on time. My daughter enjoys playing with this toy. It has Jake and scully toys with it and she does lot of pirate pretend play .
