UPDATED REVIEW: Initially the sauna was working fine for 2 months until the steamer pot stopped working. I did get in contact with the seller and they shipped the replacement free of charge and now the sauna works great.

I love how it just makes you sweat. It did give me a bit of struggle to put together because i didn't push the plastic hard enough together. but i eventually got it together and got it working great after that. It did rip a little bit in the corner when i was put the cover on but i just tapped it up because it was a lot of work so i wasn't even going to bother to take apart and return . But over all works great and makes me get a great sweat in.

I would give zero stars if I could. The first time I plugged this item in the power source shorted out completely, started to smell of burnt plastic and burnt battery, and stopped working completely. I had to go through customer service to get a replacement and was able to enjoy the suana for a whole three weeks before the same thing happened and the second one also shorted out and stopped working altogether. Also, I did get a bad steam burn on my hand when the cheap tubing came undone inside the tent. Very cheaply made. Save your money and buy a suana from a more reputable retailer! Junky and dangerous! Waste of money!

Works well besides the fabric tore the first time I zipped it up. Tore about 3 inches and didn't want to mess with a return. It still works well, though. Not too big and not too small. Fits in bedroom.

This worked great for the first 7 months, a zipper broke which was no big deal because it was just for one of the hands and it was zipped close when it broke, then the chair broke which was fine because I could put a camping chair in that I had. Then the sauna heating unit stopped working. so sadly after 7 months its time to trash it. The heating unit did work well when it was working, the sauna got hot and I would have to get out after too long so its disappointing it finally fully broke.

Just put this together so I cant speak to the operations of the steamer yet. I will tell you to remove black plugs from all the frame ends so they will seat properly into the socket couplers. Just grab with a slotted pliers and give a small twist and theyll pop right out. The frame ends up a little large for the cover without doing this and I found out the hard way bc pulling the frame/couplers back apart leaves some of the plugs firmly wedged into the couplers, which needed drilled in half to get out. Hope this helps someone. UPDATE I have used this twice now and it really helps my arthritic body when it's stiff and chilled. Great product. Thank you.

For a cheap steam sauna this has been a solid product. I have no other complaints except that the steamer component has stopped working after about 6 months of use.
