I was initially skeptical of Beta Ecdysterone but based on one scientific study's findings decided to give it a try. Been taking this product (2 pills a day at once in the morning on training days, and 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on off days to 'maintain' the benefits). It takes about a week or so for the supplement to "kick in," in my experience. When used consistently, the product seems to lift up stamina, boost lean muscle mass and strength at the gym. Tried lots of natural supplements over many years, creatine gives energy, and i’ve tried edclysterone b4 at lower dose but i never sustained it. Picked up again after a break from working out, i can say this acts like creatine, but i noticed a lot more pump and muscle size , other people notice too. I don’t take steroids and never will, so i thought this is a good natural second and it was, until after about a month I got palpitations, I checked BP and fine, had an ecg,- ok, but the palpitations were a lot, so i lowered dose and frequency, and although they reduced , they continued, so after talking to my doctor I decided to stop . I started again after some months off, and yep, I got palpitations again, so that was the end of these for me. If I didn’t get the side effects I would have continued.

Began taking this supplement to help building strength and muscle mass, at the same time as increasing my protein intake and starting to work out regularly. Its hard to tell how much of it was just down to this supplement but something definately seems to be working well and I 've noticed week after week improvements in my strength and a visable difference in muscle mass. Used this product for a couple of cycles as part of a weight training program to improve performance in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and muay thai. I believe that I have seen a moderate increase in muscle mass, possibly an improvement in endurance as well as max single rep load. Product was easy to take, well encapsulated (tasteless) and easy to swallow. Will probably use again.

This stuff gave me gyno , may not happen to everyone but it did to me , thankfully I stopped taking it and it went away after a couple of months.
