Proceed with caution
The directions say two pills on empty stomach but I did one to start slow and I'm glad I did. I was so sick until I thought I was gonna have to make a trip to the ER. Proceed with caution! Update: two days later and I'm still sick along with my anxiety being ten times worse. Please proceed with caution!!!
