I was constantly having stomach issues and reflux and I've been to so many doctors over the years who have sent me for unnecessary testing, had me cut out major food groups and gave me so much bad advice. I purchased these for my father (67 years old) who has chronic stomach pain and indigestion. After 4 weeks taking them consistently, he is seeing a lot of relief and has been able to cut back on his acid reflux medications. He did not see immediately relief after 1-2 weeks, but saw more relief after 3-4 week. He also cut back some of his sugars in his diet to further support his gut health. Highly recommend these supplements!
