What is the best way to clean my lovely fresh water pearl earrings?

It's best to rub them gently with a dry, soft cloth. You should not use any water nor chemicals to clean your pearls.

Are these for sensitive ears and a new piercing?

I can not speak to new piercings, but my ears are sensitive and these never irritated. I wore them for days at a time, even sleeping in them and had no issues. The stems are sterling silver, not nickel.

Can you shower with this or you have to remove it?

I never shower with any kind of jewelry...you may want to ask a Jeweler.

Are they light weight or heavy?

Very light weight I have not taken them off since they arrived. Perfect for every day wear.
