If you're not into megadoses of vitamins, check out this line. And somehow, fermentation makes B vitamins smell... good! I'm a big fan.

I can't really tell any major difference in comparison to my normal B vitamin. This one does not give you the Niacin flush typically associated with B vitamins . I will continue to use.
