The Performance Difference: The primary change is the coating on the blade surface. It feels significantly "slicker" against the skin. • Reduced Tug: With the standard blades, I would occasionally feel a slight "tugging" sensation on my neck, especially if I skipped a day. These glide over the skin with much less resistance. • Irritation: I’ve noticed a major reduction in redness around my collar line. If you have sensitive skin or find yourself shaving every morning, the extra couple of dollars for this version is well worth it. Longevity & The "Wear" Indicator: Like the original, these are rated for about 4 months of use. I’ve been using this one for three weeks, and the "eject" icon (the wear indicator) hasn't started to appear yet. It still feels as sharp as day one. Genuine vs. Knockoff: I’ve tried the cheaper "compatible" blades in the past, but they usually vibrate loudly or dull within two weeks. These genuine Philips blades click into the handle perfectly with no rattle, and the dual-sided edge remains precise for edging my sideburns and neckline. Verdict: If you only shave once a week, the standard blades are fine. But if you are using your OneBlade daily for a professional, clean-cut look, the Anti-Friction version provides a much more comfortable experience. It’s a small price to pay to avoid "razor burn" before a long day of meetings.

These replacement blades do exactly what they’re supposed to do—they bring the OneBlade right back to like-new performance. I’ve been using the OneBlade pretty heavily (face, head, and body), and the original blade eventually wore out after I pushed it a bit too far trying to cut through a full head of hair. Once it started dulling and getting clogged, I swapped in one of these replacement blades and it immediately felt like a brand new razor again. The biggest thing with these is how close they shave without irritating the skin. It’s very similar to a traditional razor in terms of closeness, but without the cuts or razor burn. You can use it dry or in the shower, and it handles both without any issues. If you’re maintaining shorter hair or doing regular upkeep, these blades seem like they’ll last a good amount of time. In my case, I shortened the lifespan by using it on thicker, longer hair than it’s probably meant for—but even then, replacing the blade completely fixed the performance. Overall, if you already own a OneBlade, these are a must. Simple swap, instant improvement, and back to a clean, smooth shave.

Good overview: 1. The blade cuts great. 2. It is non abrasive. 3. It is a powerful blade. 4. Cute pretty darn close. Issue: 1. The longevity of the blade itself, varies widely. 2. Sometimes the blade will last months, and by lasts I mean the eject button shows up. And sometimes it last only a few weeks. 3. I believe there needs to be more added quality to these blades. Overall, this is the only blade I find worth buying. It cuts close, it is good quality. I’ve tried many other blades like this and non came close. The price is worth it, but can be quite expensive. 4 out of 5 stars because the longevity of the blade needs to be researched and tested and figured out. It deserves five for the overall delivery of the cut, but again, the longevity of the blade varies to much for the price of the blade. Overall, worth buying!

I’ve been using the Philips OneBlade for a while, and these anti-friction blades feel noticeably more comfortable than the regular ones. The shave feels smoother and I get much less irritation, especially around my neck which is usually sensitive. They’re also very easy to replace. Just snap the old blade off and click the new one in. Each blade lasts me a couple of months with regular use, so the two-pack feels like a good value. Overall, if you already use a OneBlade and want a smoother shave with less skin irritation, these are definitely worth it.

I've been purchasing the Norelco OneBlade for a while; they last a long time and you don't have to change them often. It works great and you can trim or make nice line on your beard. the new one I purchased, I could see the eject button (unsure why) but technically when it's time to replace, you would see the eject button very easily.

These and the norelco shaver are awesome. I bought the shaver for my son because it would be easy for him to shave without cutting his face. It works so good I started using it for my legs as well. No water needed, fast easy shave anywhere. I know it is intended for a mans facial hair but highly recommend it for the ladies too. When you need to change it out, it has the easy to read indicator and they last a good while.

Those are original and work as intended.
