GOANDO 2500 Lumen LED Headlamp - Rechargeable Head Light with Red Light Sensor for Running, Cycling, Camping - Waterproof, 2 Pack

I bought a couple of these lights to try out a rechargeable headlamp. After nearly a year, and with daily use, I have been completely impressed with this headlamp. It is durable, bright, lightweight, easy to charge, and easily adjusts to comfortably fit the head of everyone in my family. These have become the preferred headlamp over others by 4 of 5 people in my family because he prefers red light at night. I haven’t tested the waterproof claim, but light rain hasn’t been a problem at all. My only feedback is to add a red light. I will buy more of these lights, especially if a red light is added.

I use headlamps all the time for fine work in tight spaces: car repairs, plumbing, electronics soldering, etc. For these sorts of applications, I want the brightest light I can find. A LOT of manufacturers seem to make up numbers for the brightness of their headlamps. 18000 lumens from 8 or 9 little LEDs? Give me a break. But these 9-LED headlamps are legitimately *extremely* bright. Way brighter than other similarly priced two-packs. And just as bright as a supposed 18000-lumen headlamp that I bought from a different manufacturer. I looked for other products to buy from this Amazon store, and they seem to sell mostly ... fishing tackle? Whatever, their headlamps are fantastic, and an incredible bargain at the current price. Update: Battery life is not great. I guess that's the tradeoff for high brightness. But no big deal, buy a few of them and switch them out when you need to recharge one.

I especially love the third mode which is the wide angle light, it provides a great field of view while I’m working on my car in the dark when needed or doing outside work at night. I’ve used that third mode for probably 2 hours and ended up at 2 “dots” of battery left, which I’m not upset at for the price at all but it does seem less than advertised. The sensor that turns it on and off is a super cool feature, I’ve used it several times and it works well when my hands are dirty. I have run into it accidentally turning the light off when there’s things near my head but then I just use it in the normal mode. Pretty awesome light for the price! Id recommend

Best investment in headlights I’ve ever made. Charge lasts for 4-5 hours and they’re SUPER bright.

Glad I bought this light during Helene we didn't have light for a week. This thing is not only bright but easy to use without having to carry flash light in your hand. And when you turn your head the light follows you. You don't need to bring light to it. One light lights up the whole room. Don't need to turn others on save for later use. Less to charge.

Over the years as an electrician (55 years) I have had many headlamps. This one is by far the best. Yesterday I had it on from 9 am - 2 pm replacing 170 T=8 fluorescent lamps to LED. This required opening each fixture and removing the ballast and rewiring the sockets. All this work was done overhead on a ladder in the dark. This headlamp was flawless. I couldn’t believe how bright it is. I used the motion feature some, but mostly it stayed on all the time and the battery still had power left. I was very skeptical of these because of the price and that there was two of them for that price. Excellent product.

These lights provide excellent brightness when required, and their rechargeable feature adds significant convenience. Previously, I owned models that operated on AAA batteries, which were short-lived and required constant replacement. The rechargeable option greatly enhances usability, as the batteries have a prolonged lifespan before requiring a recharge. I utilize them for nighttime running and feel like I need to keep them angled down to keep from blinding oncoming traffic.

I was expecting the main light to be brighter and more tightly focused. Based on my experience with a previous headlamp which was rated at 600 lumens (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZQ8QDFV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), I suspect the 2500 lumen rating is based on the total of all 9 LEDs. Despite the lower lumen rating, the previous headlamp throws a longer, brighter, and tighter beam than this one. That being said, with all the LEDs lit up there is a considerable amount of light from this one, just over a shorter distance and wider angle. The motion detection works but is too sensitive. It turns on/off when you wave your hand at it, which is a definite plus if you are wearing heavy gloves and can't work the buttons, but it is also activated if you turn your head too quickly and it picks up the presence of your shoulder or collar. I really like that you can recharge without having to open the back and possibly break the hinges (see my review of the previous light if you can find it). At this time I am without dog so I am not outside at night more than about five minutes per week, so I can't really say anything about how long the battery charge last. Overall, it is a good product, just not have quite the range I was looking for. I wish Amazon would show lux in addition to lumens to make choices a bit easier.
