Don't Buy and let them fool you with cheap price !! They're Selling dead boards
Got this product with other two product in the package which I ordered which was a RAM and a CPU fan. In which the RAM was missing and CPU fan was totally broken. The Motherboard seems ok but when I assembled and tried it found one of the RAM slot isn't working. When I reached out to the customer support they totally denied for refund or replacement stating the Motherboard was well checked by the Backend team and was totally tested before delivering the product. I then tried checking the motherboard on the official Geonix website and found that the warranty is just about to end in December 2024 which is just 3 months. How am I suppose to claim warranty and why is Amazon stating I got warranty of 2 years from the date of Purchase and box stating 3 years of warranty they total description is pretty misleading and full of wrong information.

Waste of money
Don't buy this product ever. Nobody cares you if you receive a defective product because while you try to register warranty, you'll not find this product on geonix website to register. Even Amazon always admit that the product is quality checked and everything os okay because they ever pack the product or check the quality of it. They just say this orally on call of you call them for support regarding this product. In short they force you to keep the deffective product because they will never help you with that. --------------------- You don't have ability to test the product as it doesn't offer return or replace option so once you buy the product you must keep it using with the issue. I got USB issue as it's keep disconnecting and not stable. Very hard to get support for the product so at the end you must keep the product using. --------------- After reading this, if you still want to waste your money in buying this product, it's your decision. I just wrote what I faced.
