It works!
Exactly the same ingredients as the name brand at a fraction of the cost. I take one every night so that I don't get all clogged up during the night which aids in my sleeping. They are a large tablet (just like the brand name) a little larger than calcium tablets but I take mine with Rice pudding or applesauce and never have a problem with it not going down the first time.
