Thought it was 100 billion, it's only 100 million bacteria, very very low. Low quality as well as it comes in a compressed form without coating. Now I'll have to buy something else instead, waste of money

I’m on my second bottle of this probiotic. My husband and I have been taking probiotics from different brands for years, and have noticed a huge difference when we don’t take it. Son pastillas pequeñas faciles de tragar, que después de una semana que e consumido me han funcionado muy bien, no e tenido problemas de inflamación de estómago, tampoco e tenido problemas para defecar, ya me diagnosticaron Colitis y de Síndrome de Intestino Irritable. Al igual para un mejor funcionamiento de las pastillas cuido mi alimentación y procuro hacer ejercicio como caminar media hora.
