Unsmooth mode switching
There is no speed reduction button. If you want to turn on the slowest speed, you need to press through all speeds. The swing is quite loud and the baby woke up a few times when I turned it on. The most unpleasant thing - when you turn on this swing and switch between modes - the child shakes sharply (because the swing must go to its original position firstly) so, the swing creates a feeling of falling. It's terrible for a baby, every time my baby started crying from this. The swing's movements at the very beginning were smooth, after a few days it began to shake a little in all modes. And the most important thing: the maximum weight is only 9kg, so you pay £269 for a swing that can only be used up to 5-6 months.

bluetooth is a headache
There are 2 bluetooths, one for the swing one for the speakers, and it is not possible to connect both of them simultanously, you need to follow a certain flow to do that. Stay away if you don't want to deal with bluetooth connectivity issues all the time.
