Good solid tallest RO faucet
Good solid product, comes with all the attachments, with which it was easy to install with my frizzlife system. The faucet neck is particularly long\tall - the longest\tallest I could find on Amazon, allowing the water to come out of the installed faucet at a very high point above the counter. I was very pleased to see my tallest pots and bottles, and electric kettle fit underneath with ease, no need for awkward maneuvering. and the price was good - under 25$. Bought it to replace my leaky existing faucet which came with the original system and lasted long, but started leaking after longer than 3 years of daily use for drinking and cooking water for a family. Hope to update after some regular use.

Very heavy duty faucet
Got used or opened? This is a very heavy duty faucet. No complaints was worth the price.. Wish I could have gotten the black one. But beggars cant be choosers..

Great little separate faucet for distilled water.
Love these faucets for pumping the distiller water to my sink and by the stove for filling pots. EXTREMELY happy with them as they’re work beautifully.

Bad customer service.
It looks nice. Installation was easy. My biggest problem is that there is a slow consistent drip coming out of the aerator and I can't get it to stop. I tried reaching out to the company, to see if they could help me resolve the problem or get a replacement, but no response. One star for not backing up there product and for poor customer service.

Replaced a 10yr old RO faucet with this unit. Pros: -bottom is threaded used a 4 winged wingnut type fastener; use your hands rather than trying to get a wrench into a very small area -bottom connection is 1/4" steel fitting so a standard RO connector will work -stainless steel Cons: -the unit has some degree of lateral flex when rotating the spigot (end of faucet); while this is minor, my previous unit had zero degrees of lateral flex Over all the pros well outweigh the cons. I let some water dwell in the unit then tested the TDS with no change in the TDS value. Recommended.
