Bright, cheap, makes you feel wealthy even when you're half-naked and alone, comes with sticky pads
These lights have changed the way I feel about my kitchen and life and bedroom closet on a fundamental level. Combined with a buttload of rechargeable batteries, they’re an affordable, life-changing force to be reckoned with. I live in a "cozy" old house that has a "quirky" "vintage" kitchen with "basically one" light in it, although my wife believes horrible garish overhead ceiling lights are acceptable to turn on and use for lighting, which they aren't. I'd rather not see shadows of rotting fly carcasses projected onto my possessions while I'm trying to eat my Dinty Moore over the sink like normal. So, for me, the hood-fan lights above our modern 70s electric coil stove (I'm told electricity is really catching on) are the only functional lighting the kitchen has...until now! Hot diggity, for 35 buckaroons per six pack, I turned my built-before-electricity black hole of a kitchen into a living-beyond-my-means, upper-lower-middle-class hipster coffee snob's wet dream...affordably! No longer are the beauty of my Chemex Hand-Blown series pourover, Baratza Virtuoso conical burr grinder, imported Hario coffee scale, and Bonavita digitally-controlled water kettle lost to the shadows of unappreciative dank corners. Without my new lights, might as well be a Mr. Coffee over there. Nobody could tell anyway. I put them under the cabinets, behind the weird recessed overhang in the corner above my various coffee-snob paraphernalia, and over the garbage can and decorative hand-painted owl key-hanger. They really give the kitchen that Modern Family-esque air of modernfamodernity. I also put one over the basement stairs so I can finally see my organic-flaxseed-seasoned cast-iron collection in the correct 3000 Kelvin twinkle, and one in my bedroom closet, so I no longer struggle to see and pick out one of the two shirts that I wear! They come with screws, but screw that (PUN INTENDED!). They also helpfully come with 3M Destroy-Yo-Paint sticky pads that preclude one from having to waste the battery on one's cordless drill to gouge destruction holes in one's landlord's property. They stick like the dickens. Quite convenient. Did I mention how bright they are? With the new LED pucks turned on, our kitchen now boasts, and I'm not making this up, 12,000 gigabytes of light! Astronauts can see us from the International Space Station! It's really good to know that, if our lights go out, NASA will notice and beam down their bravest Storm Troopers to assist us. The remote control makes it incredibly easy to waste over twenty minutes dimming and toggling the lights in a silent house like a moron child with pretend telekinesis via his Magical Pointy On-Off Phaser. Pew pew pew! On! Off! Dimmmmmm briiiiIIIGGHTT DIMMmmm briiiGGHHTT OFF! OFF OFF OFF! BAM ON! BAM ON! PEW PEW PEW etc. What a convenient feature. All in all, they make this dank old shitkitchen feel much more modern and expensive, and they're cheap as hell and don't require any wiring or hole-drilling or any of that other stuff I'm never going to do. And they're remote controlled, dimmable, and very bright. Oh, and you can click them on and off individually by hand when you just need to, say, find that last can of Dinty Moore in the dark. They are battery powered, and batteries die, and LEDs eat batteries. So the reviewers complaining about how quickly they die apparently thought those three little cylinders inside them were Wireless Electricity Receivers from a world where Nicola Tesla didn't die penniless and heartbroken. Nah bro, they're weak-ass batteries. So I would implore you future purchasers to also buy a load of Eneloop or equivalent NiMH rechargeable AAs, because 1. the batteries these pucks come with are abysmal, B. normal alkaline batteries cause these lights to dim over time (namely, a couple days), and 4. why not save the planet and junk? Also don't expect batteries to be magic, you ingrate. I love these lights with my whole being, and I highly recommend them for spicing up a dumbly-lit existence and room. At the very least, they make me feel slightly more well-off when I'm standing half-naked in my kitchen, eating cold Dinty Moore straight out of the can, bathed in the sparkling glow of LED under-counter puck lights. This must be how rich snobs feel.

My $500 Amazon kitchen makeover
I am so incredibly happy with how my stupidly cheap kitchen makeover turned out. Literally everything was purchased on Amazon, and I did it all myself on random weekends while very pregnant (safely, of course). If I could do it, you can, too! The whole thing (minus the kitchen gadgets--just the makeover) cost around $500 and was chosen for cost, looks, and simplicity of application (very pregnant, very impatient). I'm attaching the before and after images, and I'll talk about the individual part relevant to this review. Here is the list of all remodeling purchases: 1. General Finishes Antique White Milk Paint, Gallon + General Finishes Water Based High Performance Polyurethane Top Coat Semi-Gloss Gallon 2. d-c-fix 346-0478 Decorative Self-Adhesive Film, Rustic, 17.71" x78" Roll 3. Mosaic Peel & Stick 10" x 10" Backsplash, Kitchen, Bathroom, DIY Wall Tiles - Set Of 6, Black And White 5. Achim Home Furnishings VFP2.0SS40 Tivoli II Achim Home Imports Silver Spruce 6" x 36" Self Adhesive Vinyl Floor Planks Planks/60 Square Feet, 40 Pack, Piece 6. Brilliant Evolution BRRC135 Wireless LED Puck Light 6 Pack With Remote Control - Operates On 3 AA Batteries - Kitchen Under Cabinet Lighting When I put these lights up, I wasn't really sure about the choice. They look big and bulky, but I figured I can always take them down if they stick out like sore thumbs. They don't! They look amazing! Granted, it probably helps that my cabinets are (now) white, but they really blend it and look fantastic. I also love that I can manually turn individual lights on and off. The light for the pantry isn't needed all the time, so I can just turn it on when I need it without (a) getting the remote, and (b) turning all the other lights on at the same time. I read reviews that the batteries don't last very long, and ordered rechargeable AA batteries. However, these came with batteries, and while they are now noticeably dimmer than on the first day, they've been on for about 15 hours, and are still going strong, i.e. providing light. I had the lights at 50% dimness. I think not leaving them on overnight, which we did, and only turning them on when you're out and about, wouldn't be terrible financially. However, rechargeable batteries are always a great idea, and I think they're worth the upfront cost, especially since I tend to leave lights on for the dogs. Overall, incredibly happy with this choice. I think these lights really add a lot to the overall feel of the 'remodeled' kitchen. Great find!

GREAT little lights!
Love these lights! Exactly what I was looking for! I'm using them as overhead accent lights for some of my Collectibles in my living room ! They work great, and give off enough light for my needs! The remote has good range, as I can sit on my couch, & activate the lights across the room with no problems. Love the timer settings too! Just point the remote at the lights, push the time setting button I want, and done! When the lights reach the specified time, boom, off they go in succession! Easy peezy! Not sure how many hours the batteries will last, but so far they seem to be doing well after 3-4 hours of continuous use, with no apparent fading or dimming. I'm sure with extended use of more than 6-8 hours the batteries would probably begin to fade, but as I never leave mine on for anywhere near that long, I'm sure they'll probably last awhile before needing new batteries! For short-term occasional use, the batteries should last a long time. Installation was quick and painless too! I simply adhered the double sided tape to the back of the individual lights, peeled off the backing, positioned the light in the desired location, & firmly pressed the light in place. I also used the included mounting screws, just in case the double sided tape didn't hold, as extra insurance of a permanent fit! I'm sure the tape would have been more than sufficient, as these lights are pretty light weight, but I wanted to be doubly sure they weren't going anywhere! I liked my first set so much, I just bought another set about a week ago, to accent some more of my collection! These are GREAT little lights!

batteries included did not last
I really like these lights. I have them under my kitchen cabinets. They are very easy to install. However, the batteries that were included with them didn't last long at all. The lights kept flashing and going off and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out they already needed new batteries after about 2 weeks and I didn't use them much at all. When they have good batteries they are nice and bright and I like the convenience of the remote. If they are available without batteries (and I think they are) don't waste your money. Just get your own batteries.

Very happy with these!
I have been trying to find a battery operated lighting solution for some statues I have displayed on top of an entertainment unit. Since multiple electronics are all plugged into the same outlet, and it's behind the cabinet, I can't plug in any lamps. I tried a touch lamp but it didn't provide enough light. So - these LED under cabinet lights. First, they worked right out of the package. Every light already had batteries (woo!); I only needed to remove the plastic strip inside to get them on. They are very easy to open with a slight twist. The remote also worked immediately after it's plastic strip was removed. No programming, no "installation. I removed the plastic and hit the buttons and ALL of the lights responded. Battery life is going to depend on your usage. I only plan to use these a couple hours in the evening so I expect they will last pretty well. And, with the timer option (30 - 120 minutes), I don't even have to remember to turn them off. I do intend to buy rechargeable batteries at some point, however. The lights are very bright! They illuminate well and the dimming function is a nice option. When I had them on the counter top, they all responded to the remote at the same time. However, once they were separated along the 11 foot wide entertainment center, I had to use the remote on a couple at a time. No biggie, just something to keep in mind. At first, I thought the price was a little high ($35 for 6 as of this writing) but after receiving them I have to say I am completely satisfied. These are so nice, I am going to order more to help light some Detolf displays I have elsewhere.

Amazing lights, lackluster remote
*Update* Dropping to 3 stars. I put all of the lights up on a Saturday using the provided 3M tape. One Monday, 2 of the lights fell off. I put them back, they fell off again. On Tuesday, 2 more lights fell. At that point, I took down all of the lights and plan to install them with the screws. The 3M tape included with these lights does not seem to be a heavy duty version sufficient for keeping these lights hanging up. Should be fine with the screws (fingers crossed), but don't include the tape if it isn't going to work properly. 3 stars - poor remote, poor 3M tape. I love these lights. They are perfect. Right brightness level, they are a warm white and don't have a blue-fluorescent look to them (which is what I wanted), were easy to install (we just used the 3M tape), and look very nice. We ended up doing one light under each side of our cabinets for maximum lighting and prepping food and cleaning dishes is now SO much easier. The ONLY thing holding these back from 5 stars is the remote. The idea of having a remote is great. However, don't expect to hit the on button and all of your lights to come on. I have found that you need to be 3-5 ft. away from the light and pointed directly at that one light in order to get it to come on. I installed it with the wireless signal facing out as instructed, so I do not believe that is the issue. Even lights that are roughly 15 inches apart will not both turn on if you are pointing the remote directly in the middle of them. Since I installed 11 of these lights, having to point the remote at 11 different locations to get all of the lights to come on is a little frustrating, silly looking and inconvenient. I find that I just turn the lights on and off by tapping the light instead of using the remote. So, the lights still work 100% fine - the remote is just not as helpful as I had hoped. TLDR: Great lights. Remote is not so great. Still highly recommend.

Amazing product. Gives a sort of elegant look to the area used. Easy to install; batteries included!
These are excellent lights! They are very easy to use: they come read with either screws or a sticky pad for mounting, and you just have to remove a small piece of plastic in the battery compartment before they will turn on. Batteries included! They are very easy to mount - we just used the sticky pad and it was so easy. They stuck very well and the amount of light they give off is amazing. We purchased 9 of them and thought we would need 6 for our kitchen counters - installed under the upper cabinets. With how much light they give off, we only needed 4 of them! Any more would have been total overkill. They are so bright for how small they are and it's great. The remote works very well and does not always turn on all of them at once, you usually have to point at what lights you want on. This is actually a great feature, unless you want them to turn on all at once. We are going to have them in different parts of our kitchen/living room, so this allows us to have the ability to turn them on and off as we needed! The remote is kind of small, which isn't a problem, just something to be aware of -- make sure you have a great spot for it so you don't lose it. The lights can also be pressed to turn on which is great (especially if you lose the remote). I am so happy with them! We just installed them (maybe 15 minutes ago) so I will update my review as we continue to use them to see how long the battery lasts and their overall continued functionality. So far so great though! I am VERY happy.

**UPDATE**Worked less than a week
**UPDATE**-I am changing my rating to 4 stars since my review. After posting customer service reached out to me directly to rectify my loss. They immediately credited me the full balance for the lights. More companies need to have service like this. I read multiple reviews on these lights and most people had stated they were a good option for the price. When I received them I was very excited to install under our kitchen cabinets. They were easy to install. We tried both versions of installation (screws & 3M tape provided with unit). We used the lights that evening and they were bright and worked perfectly, however when we woke up the next morning the units we installed with tape, were on the ground. They fell off during the night and had lost most of its stickiness. We then proceeded to use the lights the second night and they seemed dull and hardly shining. When i went to turn them off, three of the six lights had gone dead. I thought maybe the factory batteries were weak, so I replaced them. Those three lights lasted one more night then wouldnt work the next evening. Within a few more days the other three units slowly faded out and stopped working. The lights are LED and should not be dull or losing battery life so quickly. I was incredibly unhappy with the product. Apparently I missed the return window and I am out the cash. Save your money and dont bother with the product. One or two faulty lights, I would say possible factory issue. All six just means no good.
