Beautiful fabric
Very beautiful and easily layered. Although it’s chiffon, it’s pretty tough. It was easy to sew and work with, it didn’t slip out of pins. I couldn’t rip it easily when I messed up either. There was so much fabric that I still have some after making this dress!

EXCELLENT fabric at an amazing price! My daughter and I were both able to get our Fairy costumes embellished for the Ren Faire with the economical five yards. Ignore the bad reviews and give this a try. Super soft, lightweight, thin yet durable.

Raw edges- High quality
**AS STATED IN ITEM DESCRIPTION: EDGES ARE RAW AND NOT HEMMED** •Wrinkle-free out of package, wrinkle-free after washing and drying •Very nice look with raw edges •Fabric is thick and has some weight to it, yet maintains sheerness- making it very easy to hem with sewing machine, no need to iron edges •Fabric feel is smooth, rough like chiffon, but not stiff- has some slip to it, fabric will not catch •Withstands delicate machine wash- hem first, edges fray in wash, you will lose 1-3 inches due to fraying So pleased with this purchase!

Hard-to-find Color
The ivory color is what I call "milk white"---which is exactly what I needed to match the dress I'm altering. I do wish the texture was smoother, but I think it will hold up in the garment.
