Does it leave the skin smooth or is there hard hairs ?

I honestly don't know what frogjuju is talking about but it leaves your skin extremely smooth and it is hard to cut yourself with it. Just don't use it while your hair is long, that makes it hard to use. I suggest getting it low with clippers for the first use then just use it every time your hair gets noticable, about once a week.

does this work on pets/livestock?

I’ve used it to defend myself from angry livestock. Not to actually shave them with. So yes and no.

How does this do around moles?
