Absolutely spot on! This chart is perfect to help my son communicate and regulate when talking/explaining is the last thing he needs to calm. Lovely quality and design and easy to understand

Stumbled on this brand when looking for tools to help with our 2 year old's big emotions and so pleased I did, the illustrations are easy enough for her to understand and it's well made so seems like it will be durable for daily use. Only thing is that some of the activity options are a little too old for her so I'll keep them aside until they are more suitable i.e. screen time etc. but otherwise these are fantastic and a great tool for our calm corner.

Excellent layout

Good small size, good for helping me self regulate, wish there was more cards to choose for though and different emotion choices, good for adhd and autism, easy to use, good quality.

It’s slightly smaller than what I thought, but it is well made and robust. I decided to mount it on a notice board, so that my granddaughter can draw pictures of how she feels and put them on

Overpriced for what it is

I bought this chart for my son who struggles with self regulating. It has helped in situations where he needed to find a way to calm down without the intervention of others. He has been able to look at the chart for ideas of ways he can choose to calm when he is heightened and it has had a really positive effect of my child.

I just wanted to say how great this product is. My daughter is 4 and struggles with keeping calm at times, and I thought this would help her calm down . I'm also using it at bedtime for her to use to calm before sleep as she struggles with this also . Very well made and very easy to use.
